I walked in tonight with an old friend of mine, they had intended to drink for the evening, shoot some pool and I offered to buy their drinks at a nearby dive that I knew well and used to frequent in my drinking days. even though Im sober as well as a Designated Driver I sat down and asked the bar tender, who was clearly inebriated, to get my friend a drink and then asked if there was any coffee, she said no hun I don't have any coffee.. going right now. To which I replied, I saw a coffee maker and assumed you had coffee, every bar I've ever been to has had coffee for the designated drivers, she said I'm sorry hun can I just get you a sofa or something I don't want to make coffee right now.. Appalled, I immediately told her never-ending just the drink for my friend. She asked if I was sure I assured her I was, because surely I had no intention of giving this weak institution another penny of my earnings..she proceeded to play darts immediately afterwards and smoke a blunt with a patron in the back.

Great place to take your geriatric racist grandpa after he's had too much to drink at Thanksgiving dinner. Bunch of old guys sitting around reminiscing about the good ol' days with Smoke on the Water playing in the background.
