Thought I posted on the night of. But, anyway. I was at Keegan’s for UFC fights a few weeks ago. After paying admission $10 a person we were seated. Before our meals arrived. A guy with a Baseball cap came over to clean the table nearby. In doing so, he “Glared” at me n never said anything. As if I had done something wrong. After our meals arrived. That same guy stood at the front door, glaring and staring. Not sure what to say, I disregarded him. I ordered a shot of scotch from the bar via the waitress. On my initial sip of the shot; I cut my lip from the glass that has a small chip on it. My friends contacted the waitress to inform her of what happened. The waitress responded “oh, the glass is dirty.” My friends said “No.” His lip is cut from your glass with a chip on it.” The waitress responded by saying she would take the drink off, n replace the drink with another. At this time, you would think someone that’s a manager would have come over. After the waitress returned with another drink. The guy in the bb cap, disappeared. As if, he wanted nothing to do with transpired.. We sat for the remainder of the fights with no manager coming over to check on my condition; although I had a napkin to my lip. We asked for the bill, only because we couldn’t walk out, due to the fact that we had a CC on file. With that, we paid the full tab minus (1) drink. “Ridicufcknlous”!!! We later found out from the security guy from the front door. The guy in the baseball cap, was one of the owners/mgr. I remember going to this place yrs ago. It developed a “BAD” reputation. That stigma is very much alive n still going at this establishment. If you can select a better place for service n management; do it. They definitely get a (1) star. That’s only because the...
Read moreThis last trip to keegans was my last trip to keegans. Im convinced the manager and owner Bryan knows nothing about how to run his own establishment. Im there so often, I probably know ever bouncer and bartender... but this last time I went and I was so shocked to find out that while every one else is so friendly. Bryant does not exhibit the same behaviors, I asked his boucers working the front door can I step outside and look for a friend and he said of course no problem(probably since im there so often) and when she was not outside i proceeded to reenter as the and the owner came to the front and said there was a complaint against me.. so i could not reenter, I asked what was the complaint and who complained and he said "a girl said you pushed them " .. I let him know i need to find my friend and i did not push anyone and he bgan to walk away in the middle of me trying to let him know this is not my character, funny how he had time to listen to some other girls complaint and with my he assumed my guilt...He assumed I was the agressor to some random push that some one supposedly "complained" about as if pushing is not the nature of the small bar. In any event I left and let them know I will not be returning, I did not argue with his decisions at all I patiently waited by my self for my friend. This is not the first time Ive witness them do this, I have just never been on the receiving end of such foul treatment. I seen and have video of the bouncers on several occasions of the bouncers getting unnecessarily rough with certain guest and I did not want that to be my story so I left and will not be back. I strongly recommend if you are black or Hispanic, do not waste your time going...

Friday Night March 23rd my friend Was racially profiled at this very Keegan’s sports lounge in torrance ca - please keep in mind the torrance rated this establishment one of southbays best in 2014. While they were celebrating a birthday he returned from the restroom when he was shoved out the bar and asked to leave for no apparent reason. In addition to being shoved to leave the bouncers thrust him into a car and repeatedly beat him- he was running from them and they barbarically continued to pummel him.
Looking at my friends swollen face breaks my heart and sends me into tears. No one should fear for their safety around those meant to protect us.
If you are questioning the validity of this post please read Michael Tombs review of Keegan’s Sports Bar on Google. It reads...
“This place always has a sketchy vibe to it but yesterday took the cake. I witnessed security literally beat someone up for a good 5 minutes for seemingly no reason. This person was not my friend but it looked really brutal and unnecessary. The poor guy was trying to run and got chased down and beat by 3 guys. Last I checked security was supposed to protect me. I would avoid this place unless you're looking for an unfair boxing match”
KEEGAN’S SPORTS BAR IS RACIST.
It is sickening that they have even received such accolades from a city.
Please do not patron this bar unless you would like to get beat because you’re not skin color they feel is acceptable in their...
