McDonald's — Restaurant in Torrance

I stopped by here earlier today because my father-in-law wanted to get something after his visit at Torrance Memorial. Big mistake! Right when we pulled in, there was a long line of cars. I should’ve just left then. However, my FiL was set on his $8 Quarter Pounder with Cheese, sans onions. This was literally all we ordered!

After 15+ minutes in the drive-thru line, I stopped at the first window to pay. When we reached the second window, the guy said, “We’re preparing that Quarter Pounder fresh for you. Can you pull around and wait in spot #1?” You’ve got to be kidding me?!? I have to add that this is not like a typical McDonald’s where the drive-thru exit puts you back into the parking lot, no! I had to maneuver my way back into the crowded parking lot, across the crowded street (see pics for reference). After that, another 5 min wait!

I’m not one for leaving bad reviews, but this was ridiculous! They seriously need to get it together! Also, asking someone to go around and wait for one burger after already waiting 20...

Jessica the GM today was very disappointing and should actually get negative stars.. not only was she extremely rude, but she also didn’t understand the situation at the drive through window. i ordered 2 large combo meals and when i received my food was given 1 medium and 1 large fries.. i explained that they were supposed to both be large (they even gave me 2 large drinks) and i hear jessica in the background saying i need to be charged.. they said they couldn’t run my card at that window and had to do it in back.. i said ok.. next thing i know i got charged for 2 more large fries.. next time jessica before you starting mouthing off loud enough for your customer in their car to hear you maybe you should understand what’s happening especially since you’re the GM and the face of this store.. such poor customer service and attitude.. mcdonald’s should be ashamed of having such a person working in such a...

I frequented this establishment this morning ordered from the kiosk. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle. While waiting for my food I heard the manager talking about he doesn't care about something then he was rushing the employee making my food and when I went to open up my mcgriddle there was a 2 inch long black hair on my egg patty and the egg and the bun didn't look right. The egg had a brownish black mark on it and so I decided to not say anything and just eat the other side. Well the food turned to mush in my mouth and I started to gag and threw up this horrible taste in my mouth I started to puke up this disgusting food. I returned it told the manager.
