Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Torrance

The staff was not worried we were even in the establishment. No greeting, no nothing. Large water spill, looked like something was leaking. Approached staff member (cashier KJ) inquiring about promotion we seen, she had no clue what it was or what we were talking about. Didn't even show interest in finding out. Ordered via the app because we wanted to promotional deal. Once ordering via the app it sent an email saying we were eligible for the free drink, but when we clicked the link via the email. It took us back to the app.. and no coupon/ discount was available. Unclear, waste of time. Cashier K, was rude and unhelpful. Young lady making the smoothies was much nicer (Deanna) but she let us know she was new and didn't know much. Ask to speak with a manager, one wasn't on site; the cashier reached out to one via text and the manager advised we had to wait until after a 24hrs. No where on the flyer, app or email stated that. Annoyed. I order the Pitaya Passion Smoothies and added pineapple. Delicious, and it was pretty. My sister got berry something IT WAS TERRIBLE, terrible, I'm taking turn your face up scrunch your mouth bad. Definitely needed it remade or money back. I love the smoothies at Nekter Juice Bar. They’re fresh, delicious and packed with a bunch of flavor. The variety of options makes it easy to find something that hits the spot every time. However, my experience with the service has been frustrating lately.

The staff is great. They’re kind and often times will greet you with a smile. Lately they seem overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to significant delays. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to wait anywhere from 15-45 minutes for 1 smoothie. What’s most frustrating is that there’s no rarely any communication about the wait time, leaving me standing around without a clear idea of when my order will be ready.

While the quality of the smoothies keeps me coming back, the lack of efficiency and transparency in service has made me think twice. I really hope management addresses this issue soon, I’d like for Nekter Juice Bar to continue being my go-to spot without the stress of long,...

I was there Wednesday July 5th around 530ish pm I had placed a mobile order I knew I had arrived early and had no issues waiting. I was greeted by Brandon as I walked in and he said it will just be a few minutes. Then as he was making it he proceeded to ask me how my day was now I wasn’t gonna say how emotionally draining it was as I had just come back from a funeral for a younger cousin. But the fact that he ASKED meant the world to me. The world needs more of Brandon. Kindness when you don’t know what someone is going through can make a world of difference. Ps. This location is 4 miles farther for me than the RB but I will drive all the way here for this location. The açaí bowls were made better , fresher fresh ingredients more consistent granola layer ....
