Welcome to Torrance Randy's Donuts! Randy's donut opened in Torrance. The line was surprisingly short so we went ahead and stood in line. Great location, plenty of parking, an outdoor patio (when restrictions are lifted), friendly employees...great donuts. They have the classics, maple and chocolate long johns, old fashioned, twists, raised and more. Then they have the raised donuts with different toppings like fruity pebbles, m&m's, Fruit loops and more. Today I got a dozen of the classics, I'm sure I will be back again!

This review is only for the new jalapeño ham and cheese croissant. We all know Randy's donuts are absolutely the best. I cannot say the same for the ham and cheese. It was pretty bad. The cheese tasted a little off, it was chunky even after it was warmed up, the croissant wasn't flaky and fluffy, it was flat and mushy. I'm kind of obsessed with jalapeno ham and cheese croissants and this was a disappointment. But their donuts are still #1.

Come now! Randy’s is great! The Croissant square donut things are my jam but only after the Butter Crumb. OMG! I don’t know how they make it and that is a good thing. Always friendly-ish staff and fresh tasting donuts. They are just consistent. I haven’t had a bad experience with donuts yet. (Stay away from the Frappes, they haven’t mastered it yet 😳)

i had the most unpleasant experience picking up for uber eats on 2-7-2024 at 630pm. for the owner, this employee was a tall female and appeared half asian/half white. the employee said she didn’t have 26 of the 28 specialty donuts the customer ordered. so i messaged the uber eats customer and the customer said she would take anything they had. i relayed the message to the employee and she kept saying she couldn’t do it. i literally begged her if she could fulfill the order because it was a $50 order for me. the employee claimed that it would mess up the inventory count in her system. i asked her to call the owner and she couldn’t reach this person. i asked what happens to the donuts when they close in one hour and she said they donate (trash) it. in conclusion, she would rather trash her remaining 100 donuts than make a profit for randy’s and help an uber eats driver make $50. she didn’t want to mess up her inventory in the system when randy’s already sold 26 missing donuts to an uber eats customer. finally, her attitude was sharp and nasty. she kept smiling and laughing it up with the other customer after i left. some people are just wrong for their jobs and need to...

I am NOT a complaining person, but I went there for my boss yesterday. I'm all happy to be out of the office and trying to get in Christmas spirit only 11 days away! I walk in, smiling with a very loud G Morning greeting, and announce it's my 1st time here. Only 1 of the 4 people standing around spoke back to me. His greeting was even dry. The other guy sweeping, light dust flying everywhere around the open case and shelves of donuts. The basic priced donuts are nothing cheaper than 1.95 for cake donuts, then for the bars, that's 2 levels up in price. 25 bucks for a dozen donuts and not very fresh at noon at that! I asked everyone back in our office their opinion, no one was impressed, I'm a very happy go lucky person, but this place brought my spirits down, customer service, prices, AND THE DONUTS ALL sub par! I could have chosen anywhere to get my donuts, and I wish I had gone elsewhere, I would have spent probably half-3/4 of what I spent and gotten AT VERY LEAST a warm smile and an appreciative "thank you" for choosing our establishment out of the several in the area that you could have chosen. A "have a great day" closing, maybe? I will DEFINITELY NOT be...

I have been a donut lover my entire life. I discovered Randy's, however, relatively late. It was relatively serendipitous. I had a series of onsite meetings nearby in connection with a bankruptcy case that I was working on. The company's senior management was not thrilled to have to host bankruptcy advisors. I decided to begin bringing donuts one Friday, and someone from the c-suite asked why I did not like Randy's. My response was that I had never tried. The next Friday I decided to give Randy&s a try and brought in a dozen for the team/company. The same corporate officer came into the conference room, saw the box of Randy's, interrupted the CEO mid-sentence, exclaiming "are those Randy's!". I made it a habit to bring a dozen to close out the week, and, I think that gesture did help bring our team of advisors closer to management. Thank...
