The Hispanic woman who I think is the acting manager breakfast on the morning of 9/3/24 refused to take my walk in order flat out...totally ignored me. Lazy.....zero customer skills!
Not a Hello, Good morning, Bueno..Nada!! Yet, she greeted all the younger boys coming in and so sweet to them and took their order. She should be replaced immediately! by the lady working the drive thru since she was sweet and accommodating and conscientious.
Horrible woman who now makes $20!! an hour.. eventually, after almost 15!! minutes, she summoned the drive thru lady who didn't have a customer at that moment.
I ate inside establishment since I thought it would be pleasant but a homeless bum was walking around and basically lost my appetite . I wanted to sit in the nice seating lounge area, but he was sprawled everywhere hogging laying around by the tv. Ugh....
Not going back to this Wendy's on Sepulveda in Torrance. Racist!!! towards Asians Pacific Islanders.
Last, but not least, the honey chicken biscuit for breakfast is nothing to write home about! It didn't taste or look like chicken and was nasty but so dang famished....had bathroom runs all day!..will stick to the 2 for $3 breakfast sauage and egg sammies or their Biggie bags for a...
Read moreI started driving to this location after having repeated issues at the "other" Wendy's (the one that's closer to my house). The app had a coupon for a free small Frosty with any purchase. I gotta admit, I'm addicted to their chocolate Frosties! I also got a large chili with onions and crackers. I stopped ordering cheese on my chili after I noticed it wasn't melting, no matter how hot the chili was. So, I don't know what Wendy's is putting in that cheese, but I don't want it, whatever it is, if it doesn't melt. The employee at the speaker was patient and kind. I was having trouble understanding him. When I asked him to repeat what he'd said, I noticed he spoke more slowly, and enunciated more. I really appreciated that. Sometimes, staff members become a little impatient if I can't understand them, or they can't understand me. But it happens! So, good job there! I can't find my receipt or I'd mention this guy's name to give him kudos. Chili was fine, typical Wendy's chili. My cat really liked the way it smelled, and wanted some. Chocolate Frosty was great! Why does it seem to taste better when it's free? I'll keep driving the extra distance to this location as long as they keep...
Read moreProbably the worst customer service I've ever experienced .. not only did they give me half my order but they also didn't give me back my debit card or a receipt ! Luckily I opened my bag to nibble on my fries (which was not in the bag!) Then I went looking for my receipt and I didn't see my receipt and then I checked my wallet to see if I got my debit card back and I didn't get that back either so now I have to park and knock on the door because it was late... And I explain to the girl who I think was a night lead that I didn't get my fries ,receipt or my debit card she just slid the bag got my car gave it to me and walked away didn't say you know... I apologize for that or something... She said absolutely nothing.. I have worked with the public for 15 years Even if it wasn't you that made the mistake you as a lead/shift manager should offer some type of apology for your inconvenience....
