Went there tonight with my husband, dad, sister and friend. Service was horrible, there was a person there that either worked there, or was friends with the people that worked there and they were letting the toddler run around screaming and they were chasing the kid around, very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Ordered a chicken fried chicken, did not get the potato and when he brought it, they charged us for the side that was supposed to come with, absolutely no flavor to the chicken, green beans, potato’s and gravy. My husband ordered the cowboy and didn’t get his potato, and when we made a comment about it, he went and got it but charged us for it as well. My little sister ordered the chicken wings with the bone in, came out with the bone out, and when we said something our waiter said “I thought I heard you say boneless, but it’s cheaper so there’s that” my sister also ordered the small strawberry lemonade and we was charged the same as a regular, we had to ask for refills for any of our drinks, he never checked on us once, didn’t ask if everything tasted alright, etc. Charged us the admin fee before he even found out if we was paying card or cash. When we checked out, we mentioned how we felt we should have been discounted because of HIS screw ups, and he said yeah, have a good night. Definitely will never...

The BEST BURGER EVER. YOU MUST GO Here if driving by! We're from Denver and for 3 long years we've been in a burger slump... lots of burger places that are just OK, but NONE that are great. On our road trip back from Mt Rushmore, Google steered us to Broncho Grill because it was the only highly rated place along our route in the middle of nowhere. We were hesitant because some older Google images incorrectly show this as a bar. It is not... It's definitely a restaurant. I had the Lone Star Burger and it was A LIFE CHANGING experience. It looks really good (see attached pic) but the taste is AMAZING! I would easily drive 100 miles out of my way to eat this again. The flavors, prefectly toasted bun, the combination of sweet and heat (raspberry, habanero, bacon jam) and 1/2 pound patty cooked to PERFECTION. And seriously... It was only $10. The service was really great too. The worst part was driving away, the Bronco sign in the rear view mirror, knowing that we won't be back...

I usually never complain and I have loved the Bronco for as long as I can remember, however my experience here tonight was not the best. The waitress was great and even apologized for multiple inconveniences. I ordered steak nachos (I love them) I get them every time! I got my tray with slices of burnt steak so I asked for more while waiting for the new steak multiple flys landed on my food and even got stuck to the cheese 🤦🏽‍♀️ I know it’s not the restaurants fault but I was very disappointed because I didn’t even get one bite and had to pay. I wouldn’t be even writing this review but when the boss and colleagues started talking about our table they made us feel like it was our fault and they even asked each other why we even went tho the grillhouse. The girl I was with had issues as well… a waitress leaned over our table and got his headphone stuck in one of the kids mac and cheese. Just very disappointed and I probably will never go back after hearing them...

Ok, let's start with the positives. This place has a really cool old cowboy western vibe to it! The place has old metal sheeting for walls, and wagon wheel lights. All really nice touches. The server was ok, wasn't really enthusiastic with her greetings but wasn't bad either. The prices are fair for what they give you! I ordered the Chili Dog with fries and my friend ordered a half order of Nachos. The nachos could be a food challenge on its own! So, if you order the full be prepared to have enough to feed 6 people. The negative about this place is that it is just average at best. The food was good enough but not great. The service was good but not great. The price is good but not great. It's a place to come to every now and then, but not good enough for a frequent visits.

I should have known by the spelling alone.... Smelled great from the outside, once you go inside it looks amazing, excellent customer service, they even have 1/2lb patties as the norm for the burgers. Instead I didn't listen to my gut and get the burger like I usually would, I went with the brisket sandwich. Fresh smoked daily? What could go wrong? It came out, looks hefty, smells great, tasted good, but it was thin sliced.... Thin sliced brisket? It's going to need to slow cook a lot longer than that for that to work out well. Sorry, but this was more like chewing on plastic bags than a nice savory brisket. Maybe go with a thick slice for a try? If I'm ever back this way again I'll give this place another try, but going for one of those burgers on the next go around.
