Even for McDonalds I would say this place rates low. The lobby and restrooms were very clean and organized. All COVID protocol were being followed. The seive through was busy, but we were the only people in the lobby - there were no signs posted that the lobby was closed or anything. We waited several minutes for someone, all employees were working the drive through line, but the manager had seen us. An emplyee walked in and the manager proceeded to tell him very loudly that he was late, and then argued with him about his schedule - he was very rude an unprofessional. Finally they both walked to the back of the restaurant to look at the schedule - still without acknowledging us, the customers! The manager finally returned and came over to take our order and was pleasant enough to us, but it was obvious we were not his priority. The food came out fast - the coffee and fritter were fine and the fries were fresh, but the chicken sandwich was made with a patty that had obviously been either microwaved or sitting in the warmer for several hours, and the tomatoes were on the verge of being spoiled. I couldn't even eat the sandwhich. I would suggest trying another option in town, although the Taco Johns is even worse! Last night, I was parked in line for the drive through, and a man in a truck overtook me parked in the lane? Confused? He drove THRU the path of my parked car to overtake the drive through window, where I’d been in line for 4 minutes already. He continued to inch at my car every few seconds as a threat that he was going to run my $35,000 car through. I had to reverse out of line to avoid a terrify assault. When I got to the window and explained what happened, I asked they confront him, or call the police. Read moreWent for breakfast today and only ordered a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle with has-been and a coffee. I pulled up to the window,got me coffee and proceeded to wait at the window for 8 mins without anyone saying anything. Then they told me to pull around the corner where someone else is waiting as well (they had been waiting much longer). It took another 10 mins until someone came out to bring food to the car in front of me,brought them the completely wrong order,went back inside and gave them the right order (I can assume). Then they came out a few mins later to bring my food and that was that. After all that the employee for both of us didn't even apologize for the wait or anything just "have a good day."
