That manager Sharon is rude and should be fired. One day they were busy and I had been been standing in line forever. When i finally made it to her register she glared at me and in a snoty rude voice said, "I have to make a call" she then turns and walks out the store. I continued to watch her and she made no phone call. Just stood outside. On another occoccasion, there were no carts out front so I walked in and saw her right inside the front doors rearranging stuff. There was a cart there and i was needing one. She was talking to another associate, so i waited. When she got done with her gossip, she glared at me again and I said "are you using this cart?" she gave me an even more of a dirty look and said, "does it look like i'm using it? I'm way over here!" RUDE! That is no way for a manager to talk or treat customers! Other people have told me some sickening stories about...

Employees were were worse than car salesmen asked if they knew if there was any stores that might carry nerf guns for sons birthday said that they had some but I told them I didn't find what I needed but they continued to try to sell me what they had than said there was no other store that did as I proceeded to the door in a sarcastic tone big lie! Shopko right next door had many. Even if the employee was not aware of it they should never treat a customer like so! Isles had products that filled the middle of them. Items were not organized into different isles. Don't know how this still is as four employees not even talking to each other on there phones just stand around. This business has gone downhill extremely much. Service is horrible and management is even worse. I was wearing a nice dress and some old man came and told me it’s too short this is a “Family store” and proceeded the get the manager involved when I stood up for myself. The manger even threatened to tell me if I kept it up I would be put down as a trasspasser. After this event I will be telling my family and friends not to shop here. And to take their business elsewhere.
