9/17/2025: Amazing! Updating my review because our last 5 experiences have been great all around! Kitchen consistency is back to amazing again and so are the waitresses.

THE BEST steak and prime rib in town without a doubt! Great burgers with a good variety to try! Good garlic butter pasta. The best steamed and buttered broccoli you'll ever have in your life! Nice big portion of spaghetti with meatballs. The meatballs are big and juicy. Good fried pickles. Good beer and drink options. Skilled bartenders.

Very very very clean looking behind the bar always. No sticky bar, no dirty cups piled up, no fruit flies, no gummy soda guns, no stale beer smell, no dusty bottles.... very nicely kept.

The only disappointment/thing I don't like on the menu is the little frozen premade beer fish fry. They're such a great restaurant, I think they should do their own big hunk of beer battered fish fry dinner instead at least for lent.

My 2023 review issues have all been resolved! Yay! I highly recommend them!

9/23/2023:They are slipping! Our waitess was absolutely terrible! She was playing on her phone and gossiping instead of waiting on us. We had to literally stop another waitress to go get our waitess who was yet again standing around gossiping. We needed a ranch, drink refills, and had 2 raw drippy batter onion rings. We only tipped her $6. 2 of our onion rings were raw 3 of our wings were so burnt they were rock hard Our ranch was insanely salty. The burger and the steak fries were absolutely amazing!

2022 review: Great prime rib, steak wings, and burgers. The ranch was suuuuper salty though this time and it made the bacon potato skins waaasay too salty to eat. I only ate one and scooped the stuff out of another my friend ate one and agreed the ranch...

I'm sorry but just because your father owns the place does not mean that you can be rude to customers and you should never judge a customers tip potential based on appearance then not treat them well, I've worked in the food industry and I know how it is so I usually tip very well over twice the typical 18% but after my experience lastnight I will not be returning to this place again.... Bar staff was great but the waitress left our party in a very bad mood when we simply wanted to enjoy our dinner, she never asked if we needed refills on our drinks and I even showed her my empty one with zero reaction she simply looked away as if she didn't see it even though we made eye contact so I ended up walking to the bar to get everyone at my table drinks then sat back down with my guests as they ate their meals... I personally did not eat mine as my prime rib was served to me raw when I ordered it to be medium and she asked if I wanted her to take the uncooked piece of meat back to the kitchen and have them put it back onto the grill to which I said no as it would not only dry out the $30 slice of prime rib but I would not want it after it has had so many peoples hands on it... A good waitress would have taken it off the check or offered to simply redo the order but she did nothing literally let me sit there with a raw piece of meat in front of me the entire time while my guests ate their meals and for 3 people to eat with tip it was a $170 check then when I got home I was able to cook mine and eat it finally then while cutting into smaller pieces i believe i found a large tape worm or ring worm not exactly sure the type but there was certainly a 5in long tan colored worm in my prime rib and no it was not a vein...

We were seated last evening at 5:30. We were told they were out of chicken wings, which was disappointing, but not a deal breaker (although one couple actually left due to this.) We ordered an appetizer which was promptly served and placed our entree orders. At 6:40, when we left, we still had not been brought our entrees. When I asked where our order was, I was told we had to wait longer because we had ordered an appetizer. This was clearly unacceptable to us, and I expressed that by stating that 4 or 5 other seatings had arrived after us and had been served and left while we waited. The lady who I was speaking with rudely dismissed me with " we are really busy tonight" and basically said to deal with it. I requested the check for the appetizer and drinks we had actually received and we left. I can understand that people make mistakes and that most likely the server failed to place our entree orders. A simple apology goes a long way in that situation. Instead, the blame was placed on us, because we ordered an appetizer, something that I'm quite sure is done routinely at nearly every sit-down restaurant. Making lame excuses for poor service is never a solution. I hope this situation will be reviewed so others don't receive...
