When your sweet 87-year-old mother asks for Arby's, you take her to Arby's. We used to live around the corner from this restaurant and we'd go a couple of times a month. The service and food have always been consistent. I appreciated that when I'd ask for a pound of roast beef in a container with no bun, they didn't bat an eye.
During this particular visit, we got a great parking spot where I could easily maneuver my mom's walker up the sidewalk and through the door. After we ordered, Mom and I sat down at a handicap-accessible table and the teenage guy who waited on us was kind enough to bring the food to our table when it was ready rather than call her name and make us come to the counter to pick it up.

I've tried asking numerous times for a small meal and either my whole meal or parts of my meal will come out as a large. On top of paying $20 for fast food, I didn't even get a straw for my oversized meal. I tired to leave feedback on the website but the receipt is so unreadable I couldn't get the information needed. Read moreWent to the drive thru and placed an order. When we got to the window my adorable dog stuck his head out my window to say hi and immediately caught the women who greeted us. She asked if he gets roast beef at home and of course I said yes. I paid for my order and she went to get my order. Only my dog Blue knew what she was asking about. Before I knew it she came back with a little tray with huge slice of roast beef. His eyes said it all. THAT'S FOR ME!!! I was so happy for him. I will never be able to go to Arby's without him!!
