I wish I could give it zero stars; we ordered 2 large pizzas (1 cheese and Pepperoni, 1 cheese with Pepperoni/bacon/sausage) garlic twists, and honey barbecue chicken wings totaling $50.45. The don't deliver to my area so we had to pick it up 20min drive one way; we get it home and both pizzas are over cooked to the point that you can't even tell it has cheese on it and I couldn't even distinguish the difference in the meat because the bacon/sausage/Pepperoni was all burnt the same color and when we bit into the crust it was like chewing cardboard. My chicken wings on the other hand was severely undercooked, it taste like they cooked frozen chicken in the microwave and threw some sauce on top to be funny! After becoming violently ill for an hour, we decided to call to get a refund for that atrocity, after wait on the phone for 10mins because the manager had to "PRAY", he very rudely told us that if we wanted a refund we would have to drive back to the store and show him we didn't eat the pizza and that we weren't just trying to scam free money from him because we know how you people are (my fiance and myself are a mixed race couple). So we drove the 20mins back to the pizza place after vomiting for an hour, to give the manager his disgusting food back and proceeds to tell us we cannot have a refund...we can just get more food! Now after dealing with the nasty burnt pizza and raw chicken wings, we declined wanting anymore of their food and just wanted our money back. After the back and forth went on for a while, when they check their machine to give refund...suddenly the machine can't process one because you only have 2hrs from the start of order to request a refund. This made us upset and we demanded our money back, then the manager starts talking rudely to us again which made us confused, we stated that we weren't leaving without some sort of compensory arrangement, so he gets on the phone and calls the police on us and states that he knows how to get us out the store because we aren't getting anything; when 911 answers he lies and said we threatened him/he's in danger/he doesn't feel safe meanwhile I'm videotaping this whole interaction and call the police myself because I'm a 5'3" african american woman with Multiple Sclerosis and my fiance wouldn't hurt a fly! The Police for both sides told us that there was nothing we can do and sorry we got screwed; we need to call corporate. The stress from this incident cause my MS symptoms to flare up intensely and I've had to miss work today because of this whole ordeal. The managers name is Mohammed at 1401 Niagara Falls Blvd in Amherst NY and I hope he's happy for the hell he put us through, this guy was actually giving his employees high-five's while smiling and patting himself on the back as my fiance helped me get back into the car feeling sick, helpless, and defeated. We were told by the officers to just call corporate for help, but how often does that help? The little guy gets screwed again....this was my Domino's nightmare...

Store did not have change. I was lectured to pay online with credit card or having exact change. I apologized but I only had a $100 bill. Driver had change & was counting change to me. I expressed I Only had a $100 bill for my only form of payment. Manager removed my pizza from que and expressed to the Driver Not to give me change. If I couldn’t pay exact then I would not get the product. I questioned the action. She waved at me and told me to have a good night. Manager refused to sell me the pizza & wouldn’t allow driver to break the $100 bill. I left without the pizza. I travel to this area often but will be finding a new pizza place to order from! This location’s manager was Alice. She was extremely rude. When we reached this Dominos she rudely informed us she cancelled last 2 out of total 3 orders. And we asked to cancel first order as it would be incomplete meal without whole order. She said she would cancel the order. When we came out I checked and we hadn’t received cancellation for the first order. We went inside to inquire why we hadn’t received cancellation for the first order. At that moment she said she doesn’t have time to cancel the first order and she will call police on us if we didn’t leave the premises as we are now trespassing. Then she went inside her office area and pretended to call police. When she came out she said she cancelled the order but we have yet to receive cancellation for our first order. I have never experienced that Domino’s cancels your order if you place multiple orders apparently per this location’s manager Alice this is what dominos does...
