If I could give the service a 0 I would. I was going through the drive through for a coffee… when I got to the window my coffee tasted off I couldn’t taste the sugar or cream but sometimes they don’t stare it or sometimes it just seem the coffee is made different like watery sometimes and very thick of times…. So before I could ask the young lady at the window for extra cream and sugar and to stare it …. The girl who made the coffee (Amber is the name I was given by the supervisor Jasmine which I don’t believe as she didn’t want to give me the girl name) she stated “ all she going to do is complain about me” …. I wasn’t complaining about her I was asking for my coffee but before I can do that the girl got nasty …. Then when talking to the supervisor jasmine she made excuses for Amber as if it was OK for her to say that to a customer because she said I always have an issue with my coffee. My thing is anybody who drink coffee no that sometimes they make it different so the taste may be different depending on who made the coffee. When I ask for the team member named Jasmine did not want to give me her name. She said I’ll just take the complaint for her and I said no I’m not complaining to you. I’m complaining about the team member that made that statement. Jasmine begin to get nasty because I ask for corporate number and the store number and what was the team member name. Jasmine said well you always say something wrong with your coffee and I explain to Jasmine. I haven’t been to this location in months because of the customer service. I only stopped by there today because I was in the area shopping but I avoid it that Tim Hortons now so I know I shouldn’t have stopped there today, but it was on my route And now I regret stopping there because they’ve left a nasty taste in my day . They need to retry amber on customer service skills. You cannot say whatever you wanna say to a customer I think it’s OK and it’s unfortunate that you have a supervisor. I think it’s OK for you to speak to a customer like that and then a mix of me talking to the supervisor Amber comes over and try to hand me my coffee like here And I told her no I don’t want the coffee after you was just nasty to me. You could’ve done something to my coffee. …. It was very poor customer service in the drive-through from Jasmine and Amber. No matter if a customer come there every morning and get coffee and say hey this don’t have the cream or the sugar in it that I asked for or the vanilla shot I asked for in it you have to remake it. You work there you’re the Employee you’re suppose to provide good customer service. How do you try to penalize a customer for when they come in there and spend their money every day and some days the coffee is fine but the other days you can tell either the machine is dirty or the coffee was made different so you ask them to remake it. This was a horrible experience amber should not be allowed to speak to customers any type of way and the supervisor should hold her team...
Read moreI pull in through the drive through and one accident I went past the order screen I go to the window to ask if I could just order through the window and I apologised for the inconvenience of me not ordering past the screen and getting lots of attitude I then asked for a six pack of donuts and one Oreo cookie after several minutes they then brought me the food and a different women brought me my food and gave me lots of attitude and explained that it wasn’t in their policy to take orders without ordering through the screen I then apologised a second time explaining it was a simple accident and she then closed the window in the middle of me talking I then tapped the window so I could talk to them and say how it wasn’t necessary to have this much attitude the first women who took my order looked at me knocking and told the older women to go see what I wanted and the older women ignored me and telling her no, this isn’t my first inconvenience and terrible service with this location it seems to only be with me considering when my husband comes they treat him with just fine service I feel like it’s racially motivated and the customer service is absolutely terrible I don’t know how they got their jobbing considering how terrible their social skills. , NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN Bad service, racist, no pleasure...
Read moreToday went in to Sheridan drive location at 4pm. There were 4 workers behind the counter and we waited 6-8 minutes before even being acknowledged. My wife asked me just to be patient. This location is a few blocks from our home. When we ordered 2 ham with swiss meals we were informed that they were out of artisan rolls. This is the 5th or 6th time this has happened in the afternoon at this location. I asked for the contact number of the district manager, they did not not have one. I then asked for them to contact the store manager to retrieve the district number. They claimed not to have that number either. In the past we have just drove to another location to get the meals we desired. This time I just got fed up with excuses from counter kids that can not think far enough ahead to know it's time to put more rolls into service. At 4pm with the store open until late in the evening, are they not counting on anyone stopping in for a dinner sandwich? Just seems like the typical laziness found in the youth of today with management putting up with it. I often get gift cards from my own customers at my place of business and it is frustrating to see this lack of service and commitment when going in to a popular business and not being able to purchase the product listed...
