First off, when parking your vehicle here be sure to allocate enough room so you can actually get out of your car. The lines in the parking lot seem to allow vehicles to comfortably reside but leave little room for average-sized humans to navigate. Secondly, when approaching the entrance be aware you are to learn of the name of the General Manager before you enter said eatery as their name is inscribed IN CONCRERE on the right side of the entrance doors. Also be aware that you most likely will not be meeting said concrete-inscribed permanently-posted individual during your stay. Thirdly, there was quite a plethora of smiling faces meeting us upon walking through the double set of double doors, yet ONLY ONE person walked us 12.4 feet to our table to seat us. Finally, Morgan (being our server and ultimate dining liason) took our worries and concerns away. She quickly and with little visible effort took our orders with a smile and checked in on us at the best times. She was honest and fielded answers to our most difficult questions. We were overly joyous to offer a gracefully large tip as well as inform her on our departure that we were more than satisfied with our dining experience. We also ate the food we ordered. It was good. All nom noms and all. Did I mention Morgan? Fk'n A she was really awesome during our visit. If you happen to come across her during your own experience you are blessed beyond belief.

We brought my daughter here for her 12th birthday, her choice. We had a party of 8 and had great service. Most of us got the special at the time which was a choice of pasta to eat there and one to bring home. The two smallest children ate off the kids menu, and my husband got the chicken and shrimp carbonara which is usually my go to dish when we go to Olive Garden. I got the fettuccine Alfredo, my mom got some kind of angel hair pasta, my birthday girl got a traditional pasta & sauce and my other daughter got 2 different meals. One chicken meal and a different spaghetti choice to bring home. I can't remember what my dad ordered. We did get a sweet red Moscato for the table. Then of course the famous breadsticks and either salad or soup. We usually go with a group of 8-12 and request the little nook which feels a little nicer and more private. For a Saturday night we were surprised at how fast we got our food and had a great family dinner. We love patronizing Olive Garden a few times a year as we eat out a lot for family birthdays and holidays (we frequent many different types of restaurants) but we do like this Olive Garden location in particular. I mean, what can I say? It's Olive Garden. Nothing super fancy or crazy but delicious food for a good price and great service? You bet we will be coming back! It's a family staple.

The food was great as always with Olive Garden! But unfortunately the service was not so much this time at this location. We waiting ridiculous amount of time for our food, the waitress didn’t bring the right amount of utensils and plates, and then didn’t come back for about 20 minutes when we asked for more, we had to go to the front and find a worker to ask since no one was coming to check on us. Water was not refilled either. Finally when we got up again to ask if someone could bring us some more water they had a manager come out and bring some. She apologized for the Service and then finally our food came. Again the food tasted great! And the manager did end up taking a drink off our bill to apologize again, which is why this is 4 stars not 3. She asked if we needed anything else and was friendly. I just hope they get this all sorted out and waitresses trained better in the future. (Also I will point out it was pretty dead in there and many many staff just gathered at the front - not as if they were slammed or short staffed, or else I would have been way more understanding)

On October 5, 2019 I invited my sons girlfriend out to dinner while he was away for business, I wanted a nice evening out for us, I gave her the choice and she picked the Olive Garden, I was glad to go, the wait for a table wasn't a big deal considering it was around 6 p.m., we were given a booth in the bar section, no big deal ( It was!), don't have a server juggle the bar and tables, it doesn't work, I don't remember the young man's name who was our server but he was also working the bar, he was friendly and pleasant but absent. We were seated and then sat for 15+ minutes before he showed up to get our drink order, then 10 minutes for our drinks to show then we got, "I'll be back to take your order," and more time passed, he came backed took our order and was gone for another 10-15 minutes before the salad ad breadsticks came. Soon after he comes back with my order ( the zucchini pasta, veg. With grilled chicken) My son's girlfriend ordered pasta with sauce! He said, as he placed my dish in front me that her food looked so bad he didn't feel right serving it so he had it done again and it would be out shortly. Why he told us all that is a mystery, anyway my dish looked disgusting, it was swimming around in some green slimy liquid so they sent it with a spoon, I didn't order a soup. I tried it but it had ZERO flavor, the chicken was so dry and cardboard like in texture and flavor. So I didn't eat it. I ate the salad, so supposedly my zucchini pasta meal was taken off the bill but the bill was still almost, $25 for one Pasta plate, a Shirley Temple and one strawberry smoothie because I couldn't have coffee cuz supposedly all coffee makers were broken. I will NEVER go there again and if you are looking for a night out with good food AND attentive service it's not worth risking it wasting your night and money, find a better place to go to. Next time I'm going to Applebees, I've never been...

This was a below-average experience for us. We went last night, and I'm guessing the better staff must have been off due to New Year's. Waitress we had was alright... when she was there. She also seemed surprised when my friends (who'd all ordered the endless soup, salad, and breadsticks) actually asked for more soup and breadsticks. Well, of course they're going to ask for seconds, or even thirds, especially when we only got about 1 cup of soup at a time. As in, they filled the bowls just enough that you couldn't see their bottoms. As for me, I ordered the chicken marsala, which came with a side of soup. I've got to say, it was the worst taste experience I've had at this location, and I and my friends have been coming here for years. Chicken tasted over-salted. Heck, the breadsticks were completely coated in salt, and we had to scrape some off to make them palatable. At least we were able to amuse ourselves watching how few waiters there were compared to cleaning staff. I'm guessing there were about three times as many people cleaning up compared to those serving customers. Also amusing, after a fashion, was witnessing the table behind us experiencing about the same level of poor service as we were. At least one of the managers came around for them, saying they would make things right. We were pleased to see that. As for us, we were on a time crunch, and all our extra time had been wasted waiting around for our server to come by with our meals, and later, to come around for our bills, so we had to rush out. Thankfully, we had the option to electronically pay at our table. It was the one time I was thankful for those horrid screen-things (I purposefully don't care what they're called). If we'd had more time, we would have complained to the...

My husband and I went to the Transit Road, Williamsville, NY Olive Garden for our New Years 2024 celebration. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was loud! When I ordered a steak, she remarked, "You had to come here for a steak?" then when I asked for it rare, she responded "YUK!" We both ordered salad. We were never asked if we wanted a refill on the salad or the breadsticks. We heard the waitress tell other customers that she was tired (it was 6 pm)! I requested a refill on my pop. Waited about 15 minutes for my refill then had to ask the hostess for pop refills (as I drank my husband's while I was waiting). The food was good, no complaints there. But when our waitress brought our food, she complained about how tired she was. Was that supposed to be an excuse for her inattentiveness?? The other disappointment was that the ladies room was filthy! Toilet paper all the floor. Garbage can overflowing with paper towels, and the paper towel dispenser was not working. I did report this to the hostess. I don't know if it was ever attended to. Given the amount of garbage, I wonder if it was cleaned from the day before? Additionally, our waitress never removed any of our dirty plates or glasses while we were eating. We were never asked if we wanted dessert. We have been to that Olive Garden in the past and had great experiences. I hope that this bad experience was an isolated incident, but I was not happy with the service or the cleanliness of the restroom. I am not sure if I would be willing to go back to that particular Olive...
