Soupherb Gourmet — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

Soup is my jam and the soup is definitely worth going in for. The ambiance leaves... pretty much everything to be desired. I also tried a toasted salami sandwich that was, just weird. It kinda felt like something one of my kids threw together for me. Also, tried to order sodas for me and the kids and they were nearly out of several. Long story short, Order soup to go.

Also, they close at 4 daily and are closed sat and sun. So, don't ever expect to actually get food during a time that most people are off work and able to do do. They won't stay in business like this....

They clearly think it's okay to prepare food without masks on during a pandemic.

Workers were not wearing masks when they were preparing to cook our food. We told them to cancel the order. The workers then came to the front of the restaurant to ask why we chose to leave, and they still were not wearing masks. We explained that we decided to leave because they were not wearing masks and they told us that "they don't have to wear masks in the kitchen if they are more than 6' apart, and only need to wear them at the register when they are talking...

Called and ordered ahead at 11:17 for the order to be ready for 12:30 lunch. Went to pick up the order and waited 10 minutes before someone came to help us and then another 20-25 minutes for our order as they must have forgotten to make it. Not very happy that I missed my entire lunch and the staff didn’t seem apologetic, just kept saying they got busy suddenly. We expressed multiple times that we ran out of time on our lunch and they didn’t try to move any faster. Will not...
