Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

Williamsville in General is the most absurd place for traffic. Its amazing people live their daily lives in this type of scenario. Part of the allure of living in WNY is the traffic isn't bad and we have a nice city in close proximity to the suburbs...I always say I love the southtowns cause you could be in the middle of no where in 15 minutes or you could be in the city in 15 minutes. That's not the case for williamsville and that drive through that serves the busiest town with the hugest population in WNY. So I avoid the drive thru. Either way I am a Starbucks finatic. The ones I frequently in the southtowns are always spot on. They see lots of customers but it still has that small coffee shop feel. This Starbucks doesn't have that same feel. I The staff doesn't seem as friendly and personable and the drinks never seem to taste as good. When something isn't perfect other places they make sure they get it right for green when you call this location they say they will make a note of it and make it better next order. I have been ordering here since October 20th every Wednesday they had to refund me my money after the umpteenth time that my drink is messed up. I finally called today and I really don't like to be the person to call when something isn't good however I was told by a barista today that their blonde machine isn't right and hasn't been for a while I figured wow this might be a nice thing to let your customers know. It truly makes me wonder how many other people are getting their drink messed up when they order blonde espresso. As I walked away today out of the lobby to go back to work after I took a sip of the drink that still tasted horrible after remaking it after a refund today. Two baristas one of them looking like a supervisor she had blonde hair, probably didn't think I could hear them probably did not realize I would hear them said to each other they're not doing anything wrong so I don't know what her problem is. I considered giving this Starbucks 2 stars but I changed it to 1 and here’s why: This location makes some of the worst drinks out of all the locations I’ve ever been to. Every coffee I get is littered with coffee grounds at the bottom. The tea-lemonades are always off when it comes to the ratio of tea to lemonade. I got a gingerbread mocha & it tasted like liquid nutmeg. There’s no integrity put into the products. The layout of the building is confusing to put it lightly. Its essentially one narrow hallway with a counter at the end. If you’re trying to walk past someone—forget about it. The drive-thru is so narrow, and the turn to get into it is so sharp... it’s just not worth it at that point. According to the app, they have not restocked their Passion Tango Tea in months. The Passion Tango Tea Lemonade is my favorite drink of all time, and even an incorrectly made drink is better than no drink. Long story-short, don’t go out of your way...
