Dan is a talented chef. The first time I went there I ordered a steak sandwich, not expecting much. It was so dang good. The second time I went there I ordered a salad. First off, it was a good portion for the price. He makes everything from the ingredients in the store at Premier- so everything is local and delicious. delicious fish fry! This place is situated inside of the Premier Gourmet and called The Kitchen at Premier Gourmet. It was my first visit and I ordered their fish fry to give a try. Friendly service and fish fry was very delicious and a big portion. I was there on a Friday and with overwhelming food orders, it took more than 30mins wait time for my take-out order though it was worth the wait! This is my new salad staple! I get the house salad everytime with grilled chicken and it’s a very generous portion with homemade dressings and homemade croutons! The ingredients are fresh and it’s made in a timely manner. Dan also let’s you try any dressing before you commit.
