Considering most dishes averaging 1300-2000 calories I was blown away. Portions were HUGE but the amount of sodium is flabbergasting. I understand the audience Olive Garden caters to but dam…it’s not hard to make things less fattening. Our server was amazing, but the atmosphere? Maybe it’s not the restaurants fault, but my friends and I couldn’t help but notice that the ONLY minorities there were given to the same waiter and we were placed towards the back of the restaurant…coincidence? Who knows. We also couldn’t ignore the blatant rude stares from the other customers as we walked through the restaurant to our seats, and even JUST walking to the bathroom and back. Maybe it’s buffalo citizens not used to seeing new faces, but nobody taught them that staring is rude? If you’re apart of a minority group, I’d definitely consider this factor before deciding to come here. Not the restaurants fault, but it made for some sour moods. The best part of the experience, was the unlimited breadsticks, salad and soup. The chicken gnocchi soup was fantastic - highly recommend. At the end they give you mint chocolate, highly recommend taking this. It sounds weird, but is highly addicting.

This was the second time at this place. My friends love the food. I not so much. Last time our server was amazing. He was on it and so attentive without being annoying. This time not so great. In addition to my hot water coming out in a dirty cup and the water was yellow and had a smell. I pour out some to make sure it wasnt just the cup. The server dropped off the food but didn't offer the grated cheese until most of us had eaten half way through our food as we were hungry. The food was the same as before. Decent. Some of it was good, while others were ok. Anything with fried chicken cutlet was a disappointment as the chicken tasted pre packaged and like it was warmed up in the microwave or air frier, put on a plate and sauce thrown on top of it. I only go here when it's a group of 10 or more, otherwise I wouldn't bother. Service seems to be hit or miss based on the day. Foodwise I feel you'll find better elsewhere. The unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks is ok, but even that I'd rather go to an East Side Mario's. Next time I'll grab an app and just do take out afterwards.

I have been wanting Olive Garden for some months now, finally had the money to go. We get to Olive Garden it’s a 20 minute wait. So we finally get seated and served has an attitude with me off the bat. Rude as all hell. Serves my salad with a dirty plate and proceeds to take the plate and wipe the dirt off it and set it in front of me! So I take the small plates for breadsticks and put my salad on it. Then she asks me if I want cheese on my salad and I said yes please so she proceeds to do the cheese and doesn’t ask me when I want her to stop, just stops on her own. Then brings out our dinners and my chicken is missing off my Alfredo. At this point I’m already mad. Like seriously ā€œwell I don’t know why they didn’t put it on there.ā€ Did you want me to bring the chicken out for you? Like duh I ordered chicken with my Alfredo lady!!! Smh worst experience ever !! I will never come back to this location again !! Breadsticks were disgusting too!

Wish I could rate 0 stars...Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. For an "upper class restaurant," and the price that we paid, the experience my husband and I had was at most sub par. We waited probably 45 minutes for our food which is understandable on a Friday night however I personally asked for gluten-free noodles due to the fact that I have celiac disease and get extremely sick when I eat gluten. We got our meals And I always ask my husband to try the noodles first to make sure that they are gluten-free and sure enough they weren't. We asked the waiter if they was definitely gluten free and he said "umm, yeah I think so, I put it on the order so I'm sure they made it gluten free." My husband proceeds to tell him that if it's not gluten free and I eat it I will get extremely sick and the waiter second guessed his response and stated that the staff in the back was really busy so they may have made an error. This error would have caused me a lot of pain and illness. People make mistakes so I wasn't really upset about that but then I had to wait 45 minutes for them to make me another plate and my husband had already completely finished his dinner prior to me even getting mine. There was a table next to us that had a whole party and the waiter seemed more interested in taking care of them. We never even got refills on our beverages and we sat there for almost 2 hours. Then we got our bill and we were charged for three meals instead of two and I asked if there was anything the waiter could do for the inconvenience of waiting 45 minutes for a second plate to be made, the waiter seemed extremely inconvenienced, rolled his eyes and said " I can't do anything, You got your food and that's what matters." NO!! That's not what matters. We will NEVER be back and I will...

I made reservations on 9/29/19 for 14 people arriving by 5:00pm on 10/2/19 to celebrate my daughter's birthday. My niece was the 1st to show and informed the person checking people in that this was the party of 14 and the rest are on their way. The person said to give them a few minutes that they were setting up our tables. When I arrived at 5:00 I went to the counter to let them know we all have arrived. I was told the same thing they said to my niece. Approximately 5:15/5:20 we finally get called for our table. 😠😠😠😠 This did not sit well with me since they had plenty of time to have our tables ready for 5:00 as requested. Then the waitress taking drink orders was asked to bring my mom water with her coffee. My mom has problems with her throat and needs water to drink while she eats. All the drinks are brought except for the water so I asked again. Still no water. Now she gets her soup so I ask again for the water. Now she shows with the salad and still no water. Finally my brother asked for 2 glasses of water, one for him and one for my mom. Yes, finally she gets her water! Why though did it take 4 times asking her before she brought it? 😠😠😠😠 Now the hostess was told on Sunday that it was a birthday celebration. You would think the staff would be nice enough to sing "happy birthday" at least -- NOT!!! 😠😠😠 I've been there before when they have and I've been to other restaurants that do it as well. Before I finished my meal I asked for a refill on my ice tea - the waitress actually had to look at my glass before she acknowledged she would bring me another drink! Can you believe that? 😠😠😠 Yes, I was paying the bill which I might add that with the tip it was like $350. I think I deserved a little better treatment than what I got. I'll think twice...

Went here for an early dinner and was disappointed. We ordered the shrimp appetizer, unlimited soup and salad, chicken marsala, and shrimp scampi. Shrimp scampi and chicken marsala were ridiculously oily. Pools of oil surrounding the food and even the bottom of the bowls left grease marks on the table. Almost inedible unless you like overwhelming oily food. The salad and breadsticks were good as usual. We ordered the extra unlimited dipping sauces ($5) for the breadsticks. It's a choice of 3 sauces. Being unlimited, i asked if we could get all 3 at once and was told yes. Otherwise, we wouldn't have ordered it for just one sauce. When she brought the first sauce, she then told us it turns out she could only bring one at a time and had to wait until we finished a sauce before bringing another. And since she already brought the first sauce, it was too late to take it off the bill. On top of this, we sat near the doorway to the kitchen and kept hearing every server yelling "corner" every few seconds as they approached the kitchen. Glasses were dropped and broken by servers near us multiple times, and one was not cleaned up, just left broken and spilled for a while. Food was subpar, and our server was nice, but it definitely didn't feel like she was focused, and she seemed very distracted. The location of our table was very noisy, distracting, and unsettling as we heard every comment servers made to each other as they entered and exited the kitchen. Some comments were making fun of guests they were serving. This used to be a great place with good food and a fun atmosphere. Now, it feels like sit down fast food with no ambiance and...
