McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Arcade

I'm a big McDonald's food lover, long as it is cooked and fixed right and not many get my simple order right, no matter the sandwich I always get it cheese, pickle and ketchup only. I had to literally contact corporate over my local McDonald's and the manager wouldn't acknowledge me after I called and complained about the food not 20 min before I had gotten and was made wrong night before ( I saved it to take to work for lunch ) . Most McDonald's you go to, dong have someone working either drive through or front line with some simple people skills of being polite and respectful. This evening I stopped in here approx 7pm and got some food, the young lady working front line ( didn't see a name tag ) that gave me my food when it was done was extremely polite and showed respect. She asked about salt or ketchup for my Fry's when she sat my food on counter and got a few packs of each for me. She smiled as she put the salt and ketchup in the sack and told me to have a good night. This is 1 of the few even restaurants ( fast food ) I have been to and have had this level of service and I want to give the young lady a shout out as she needs recognition for how she acted. To the store, best way to tell you who she was is she had a hair clip in back of her hair and was clipped to her hat I believe, she also had what appeared to be a class ring on that looked silver. Several member's of my family have worked at McDonald's back in Indiana, my mom was supervisor over believe it was 8 store's, my aunt and brother both worked for McDonald's many many yrs ago as well as my self 25 yrs ago for a short time before moving on. This McDonalds is one of a kind. We used to live in Arcade and we were stopping by on our way to go camping. Myself and 5 children (under 7) ordered a Bills Box to share with drinks for everyone. The total came and I looked down and realized I left my wallet at home! I was so embarrassed, as all my kids were sitting there starving (they had a 1/2 day at school and we were coming for lunch). I actually cant say anything bad about the staff or service at this McDonald's. I used to stop at this McDonald's 5 times a week for years during my commute to and from work for lunch and/or dinner. Mornings I would grab two hash browns and a caramel frappe. 2 Hash browns were a dollar and my frappe was on the expensive end at $2.50. For dinner I would grab a quarter pounder meal for $6.50. I almost never stop now because of the prices. Hash browns are now $2 each and a meal is $10.
