German Auto Repair Technicians — Local services in Town of Babylon

This guy is incompetent and insane! He charged me $150 for an estimate, to figure out what the issue was. He tells me after wards once he starts working on my car, that it will cost more than the original estimate. I’m ok with it since I wanted my car. Once he tells me it’s fixed, I go down to the garage to pick it up and the car still has issues! He reschedules me to bring the car back couple weeks later and he charges me another $150 for an estimate on top of a few more hundred of dollars to fix the mechanical portion of my top. Beware of this guy he’s a real crook! By the way before this happened I had gone to him for some work and he had left my 02 sensors disconnected causing my check engine light to go off but I didn’t learn my lesson...

We heard of Ken and Susan 20 years ago from a neighbor. We had a ten-year-old 1980 Volkswagon Vanagon, that was out of commission for one year--no one could fix it! We tried MANY different mechanics. We took the van to Ken and he diagnosed three separate problems that were inter-related and we happily drove that van for another ten years! Since that van, they have kept all of our family's vehicles up and running (Vanagon, Jetta, Rialta camper and Passat) We cannot praise both Ken and Susan for their excellent service and now friendship after all...

Quirky inarticulate mechanic with NO social skills or the ability to communicate.. God complex.Damaged my car right in front of me .Charged me for the damage.refused to look at my leaking BMW. coolant system that I paid him 2200.00 to repair parts and labor because I accused him of doing damage to my coolant hoses.I witnessed the damage it was not an accusation.Estimate was on third of the actual repair. Seeking new mechanic to repair damages and my attorney will do the rest. BMW dealer service is cheaper and guaranteed. Pass on...
