New Shing Nail — Local services in Town of Babylon

At first experience the women were very nice and friendly. I has a full set done with regular nail polish and gel top coat? I walked out satisfied with the outcome. 2 days later i noticed cracking in the paint of the top coat and lots of chipping (i also have a broke ankle and and pretty much on bed rest. The most wear and tear is going in the shower or laying in bed). The third day the top of my nail popped off! I became dissatisfied and called politely asking it to be fixed. This time it was one lady (not the one who did my nails) and i began to explain what was wrong with the nails and she proceeded to yell at me saying it was my fault, being loud and very rude. ( no other customers, just a man I believe may have the owner. Almost not agreeing to fix my nails and asked her to please fix them and ahe did. I was pleased with the outcome until later that night at mt Valentines day dinner ANOTHER nail popped off. Im not picky with nail salons. I have never even wrote a review in my life before, but i dont find it acceptable that my nails were poorly done 2x in a row amd i have never had that happen at any other salon. 10\10 would...

I had been going there off & on for years getting acrylic on my nails. Recently the owner’s work hasn’t been good. I returned after a few days & asked her to repair a couple nails. She got nasty & started calling me a liar & that I had done something to cause the imperfection. Well, she’s the LIAR for not wanting to accept that her work wasn’t good & refused to fix the problem! NEVER will I ever go back If you go should go there to get whatever work to your nails-PLEASE, PLEASE double check to make sure it’s done to your satisfaction. Acrylic or Gel should be close to your “cuticles”, if NOT, then she’s doing it wrong which will have you coming back sooner than needed....

Went here on Sunday, the older gentleman was nice but the lady wasn’t very personable at all! I went in for a manicure/pedicure and it didnt turn out well at all, she even cut my finger while she was using the cuticle cutter. No attempt to conversate or make me feel welcomed and before i was evem done asked for payment. Which i didnt mind but when i gave $40 for. A$30 service which i intended to anyway she didn’t even thank me for a tip or offer to give me change. Didnt even say bye only person that was cool was the old dude, i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and the inside looked horrendous. Always judge a book...
