Services were not rendered and phone was returned. I was told since August that a refund would be issued. It was not. I gave them multiple opportunities to do so, and they dragged the situation until new ownership came into play and they claimed a lack of responsibility for the refund. When I refused to leave the store after this answer, and simply quietly say waiting for a resolution, the police were called staying I caused an uproar. I told the officer to look on the video himself and he even tried to speak with the new owner regarding the circumstances. However, since it is civil, there was nothing more that could be done on his end. Corporate refused to refund the full amount and will only refund a portion and told me to simply go back to the store. I refuse to under the circumstances. This is unprofessional and disgusting and I demand a resolution immediately.

Read moreI have been to several stores over the years since I've been with Metro, and today I found the store that absolutely earned 5 stars. I upgraded my iPhone 6 to 13 yesterday, yes, not a 15 but the price fit comfortably and I'm lightyears ahead of the outdated 6. Well, I did try to transfer and activate online, but this created a big mess mainly because I was speaking to people, probably after hours, from another country and there seem to be limitations. I did try the automated system also, but that left me with "no sim" on my phone, which was clearly inserted. Today, Saturday, I went to see Kevin, a wizard with this technology, and he just started working on it, multi-tasking between the issue, the resolution, and persistence in getting me connected.
