I understand the world is a different place today than it used to be. However, I still don't think that serving ice cream should be all that complicated. We literally repeated our order 7 times which was simply 2 scoops in a cup, 2 scoops in a cup and one scoop on a cone. So if that's something that confuses you, maybe you shouldn't work serving ice cream. I don't put anyone down for having an honest job. But when an elderly man customer walks into the store and he is completely ignored, there's something wrong with the world today. The 2 girls working behind the counter, we're dressed completely inappropriately. Looking like they were ready to go. Sit on a park bench somewhere and hang out. Their outfits should have definitely been more professional and classier. The fact that they couldn't understand that the scoop request was mind-blowing and makes you wonder what will happen to them in their future. Are they gonna be serving ice cream at 50 years old? And still not understanding 2 scoops in a cup. It's scary. They were so completely incompetent and looked so trashy. The owner of this store should really consider hiring classier, looking girls and dressing more up to scale professionally and um, up definitely more intelligent people. So once again I paid 13 dollars for 2 medium ice creams and let’s say the portion was a joke. And to boot my order was 13.01 dollars and he asks do u have a penny so I reply I have a nickel so I hand him the nickel and he hands me back 7 dollars change. I say where’s my 4 cents. You wouldn’t accept me not giving you the penny so why should I accept you keeping the 4 cents change. His reply was what are you talking about. My reply for a weak serving on overpriced ice cream is I will settle on friendly half gallons at the grocery store for 2 for 5 dollars. Yea one gallon total for 5 bucks and no attitude. Three employees there one doing one line orders others sitting there in hopes I guess I leave. Finally one comes over clearly annoyed to have to take my order . Even more annoyed that I asked if it was buy one get one free. The freezer burn on the ice cream was ridiculous so it limited the ones that I wanted to get.
