Spa Pedicure and Gel Soak Off with Gel Manicure - first visit.

I made an appointment the day before and was able to get a time that was convenient to me. It was not crowded and I did not feel rushed.

I was honestly going to get a regular pedicure, but I opted for the lemon spa one that included a leg mask, leg and foot scrub, callous remover, paraffin moisture wax on heel and 10 min massage plus painting of course.

Gel removal was only a soak and a scrape off - not a drill file off. They did want to use drill to cut my cuticles but I asked they didn't and they pushed back and trimmed instead without an issue.

I will update in 3 weeks as to how sturdy the Gel & polish...

I have been using this place over 2 years. Although John does an absolutely wonderful gel dip, I feel like every pedicure is someone new and inexperienced. They don't paint well and it's difficult to communicate what you want so you end up just getting what they give you. I finally complained today as my paint was terrible and I was told next time I'll get someone else. I was still charged full price and wasn't even offered correction on the polish. I'm actively seeking a new spot. It's a shame, because I really like the way John does my finger nails but I'm not going to keep giving money for an...

My experience here was terrible this time. I’m a loyal customer of this place. Come every two weeks spend lots of money and this time this guy ruined my nails . I had to come back I had glue on my hands nail polish on my fingers. He ruined my nails that are my natural nails. He didn’t even apologize and I had pay 32.00 for him to do it. I’m beyond upset.
