Deli Zone — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I ordered two eggs scrambled with American cheese and grilled onions with avocado and when I got it from the delivery guy it was burnt avocados are bad and there was no cheese so I called the guy that picked up said you want to send you a new one I was like yes that would be great and then somebody else gets on the phone they’re telling me that they don’t have nobody to come and bring me another one when I spent almost $30 on the whole order and the platter itself was almost 6 dollars and they say Had the nerve to tell me next time a better discount I’m not going to allow there to be a next time and then a few minutes later I called back asking if they’re still doing deliveries and I said yes if I could a gave them no stars I would’ve I will never come here again and I usually come a few times a week I will be bringing my business elsewhere. GET IT...

My co-workers and I ordered lunch from here today for the first and LAST time. First it took them 2 hours to deliver our food, when it finally got here the order was wrong, and the food was soggy. We ordered a roast beef wrap and the meat was completely RAW, not rare, RAW. We then called the deli back to voice our dissatisfaction, and the girl that answered, told us to call back another time! Needless to say, we got the manager on the phone, and got pretty much the same response from him. We are bringing the eaten food back and getting our money back. I will never order...

Do not go here... they dont listen to the order and blaim the customer for the mistake.. i have been using them for over a year, and the manager refused to take responsibility for his employees mistakes... food is as good as everywhere else... nothing special... it sucks cause i call them 5 days a week to have my order more then half the time wrong, then they tell me since they cant get an order correct i can not order there anymore.... its disgusting how they treat a loyal customer... AGAIN DO NOT GO TO...
