Please inspect the first 3 pictures of the additional scratches, how the cards are returned to me, and then the last 3 pictures, how it was before i let them handle my cards. They treated my cards so rouglhly it no longer reflects the same value. I was honestly shaking because how upset i am. I came into trade and value some of my cards , and now some of my mint cards have now come back with new surface scratches. Im honestly upset because i keep a very good record of all my cards, and the cards have not been treated with respect. These are not cheap cards that have these surface scratches. I can see it lowering the grade value. The first 3 pics are pictures after i came back to the shop, and the last 3 are pictures right before the shop. My legendary collection reverse holo alakazam is absolutely ruined. They took my cards to the backroom, which shows evidence that every single card have been removed from the top loader and the penny sleeves as well. The legendary collection reverse holos are extremely delicate cards and are easily scratched, i can only guess that he raw dogged the card on surfaces or maybe even shuffled between other cards raw... If you are trying to get your card valued, please have it done in front of you. Im so upset I dont even know what can be done except tell myself im probably out of loss here, but if the store is willing to talk with me, please reach me back, i left a voicemail. As for the store itself, the employees at the front were helpful, and the shop I really wanted to like this place, but the damage to my cards has left me upset.
