Panera Bread — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Probably the worst Panera bread I've ever had The misfortune of visiting. I go to two large group soups for about a $54 total order and the way they were packed when I got out of the car apparently the soups leaked and the bag got wet and everything's spelled out on the floor. I immediately called the restaurant let them know what happened and they asked me to send them photographs of the incident. My car has a black interior and the soups did not show on the picture so I took it out of the car and put them on the ground in front of the car. The assistant manager who is working at the time called me a liar. I then called the toll free number for Panera bread .I was told that somebody from the restaurant's management team would be getting back to me with the resolution. That never happened. Today more than a week later I went to the restaurant spoke to the general manager who had me waiting 15 minutes to talk to her it was told that she had a research the problem. Curly ridiculous if there's another Panera bread close by go to them but definitely avoid this...

I did a rapid pick up order for an apple Fuji salad, I indicated that I have an allergy to peanuts and tree nuts and I also customize the order with no red onions no pecans. Picked up my order at 11:15 am and went back to work. When I went to eat my salad at 12:30 I noticed that walnuts were on the salad. This is the second time this has happened to me at this same Panera Bread. The first time I figured it was a mistake, took it back at the end of the day and got my money back but for this to happen again is unacceptable. It was indicated twice on the app that I have a nut allergy and I did not want walnuts on it. It was also indicated on the receipt no onions and no pecans. So I don’t know how you miss THREE DIFFERENT TIMES that I’m allergic to tree nuts. I called corporate to complain and was given a...

EDIT: I went back the next day as I was in the area and after telling the manager what happened, he was quick to offer a solution to my problem and made me a new steak sandwich which was very good. Shout out to him; it’s unfortunate that I didn’t get this service originally.

Gave this Panera multiple tries but am let down every time. Even in an empty restaurant, they can’t seem to ever get my order right or make it well. Always sloppy and stingy with ingredients if they remember to put it on. Bread was inedible and cheese was crusted onto the paper instead of the sandwich.
