Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Google states that this place closes on Friday at 11:00 p.m so before seeing our movie at tanger we stopped in for ice cream for me and my family. We got there around 10:35 and the one guy working there was very rude and rushing saying we’re closing in 5 minutes and i said “ at 10:40? I thought you guys closed at 11?” He said “ no 10:45 rudely” as he slopped our ice cream together messing up orders and didn’t ask if we wanted anything for toppings and when i mentioned toppings he said hastily and rudely“ toppings cost extra money , as simple as that !” I handled that the best way i could but that’s not how a patron of a business should be treated , thrown around and talked to with disrespect by an employee . Manager was nice. But this female employee had me waiting 15 minuites for an Iced Mocha Latte while she served other customers who had gotten there after me. To be honest there was at least 7 people who left that had gotten there order before me and ordered more than I did and they still left before me. Unbelievable. To top it all off the female employee failed to make my Ice Mocha Latte properly and neglected to put the cream swirl. If your coming here on your break expect a long wait because the employees here don't cater to whoever's is first its whatever is convenient for them. The manager was the only responsible one there however he didn't take my order although I wish he did and maybe he wouldn't have had me waiting...

It's Dunkin' Donuts so you know exactly what's on the menu.

Let me say this ... I have never found a Dunkin' Donuts with nicer people!! John and the entire crew at this location are FANTASTIC!!

In addition to writing this review and a review on Yelp, I took the time to send a note to DD Corporate letting them know just how lucky they are to have people like this working for them.

The coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches are pretty much the same at any DD location, but this location really shines thanks to the amazing people working there!!
