UPDATE!!! After not going back to Roadhouse I decided to give it another try. This time was even WORSE! They raised the price, filled with oil, undercooked AND the onion was so small it was ridiculous! Are these people for real? I even commented to the girl at the pick-up window how Small it got. She said s lot of people have said the same thing. No surprise there! Needless to say I brought it back and I asked how long until I get.my refund. First it was 3 days, then it was I don't know, then it was 7-10.days! WHAT? This should have been refined on the spot. The sale was only 30 minutes old! I called my bank and it was refunded immediately after it posted. NEVER AGAIN with this business!

This had to do with the Cactus Blossom Onion. I noticed the taste was not that of an onion but like something else that they also cooked in the same oil. The taste is still in my mouth it's horrible! After explaining to the fast talker what I thought it might have been like a fish or sour taste she finally tells me, Oh, they used the same oil for fried pickles! BINGO there's the answer, but according to her it was like nothing because they do it all the time. I've had this at other restaurants and never tasted anything other than the onion and the horseradish used for dipping.
Now regarding your employee/employees...I stopped going there for a very long time for the same reason wrong orders and (NOT PAYING ATTENTION AND CHALLENGING CUSTOMERS)
You need to hire grown ups NOT young snot noses! I've contacted my bank to have the charge removed on food I purchased today. Tell the so called, "Manager" to learn how to SLOW DOWN! STOP INTERRUPTING! PAY ATTENTION! and STOP PUTTING WORDS IN MY MOUTH. I've had about enough with wrong orders and incompetent kids that are on cell phones instead of paying attention to the orders! Read moreMarch 15, 2025. We came on a Saturday which coming from myself who works at a restaurant knows it’s pretty busy. The wait time according to the hostess was 15 minutes which was very accurate so well done to her. Our issues started with a lady who took us to our table and then made us wait crunched up on people who were at their table and workers with buss bins and a huge crowd because we had to wait for our table to be cleaned off. Never in my life has that happened and in my opinion it’s inconsiderate to the busser who now has to rush and it leaves the customers( us) feeling uncomfortable especially with a little one. As we sat at the table we received sticky menus and felt rushed to order our food and drinks. My little one ordered the kids sliders, husband ordered the smokehouse burger medium and I ordered the sirloin medium. The food came out and immediately looked unappetizing. We tried to eat it but simply could not. The burger was overcooked and sloppy. The sirloin was dry and not pink on the center at all. The server was nice enough to come to our table and comp half the burger and comp the full kids meal. It was our sons birthday and since we couldn’t find our waitress after 15 minutes we asked another server to Inform her. Instead of expecting what any restaurant does for birthdays we just received the check ( that they also charged us $1.99 when we did NOT use the device on the table) so we just ended up leaving. I’ve been working at a restaurant for six years now and had never seen such an unprofessional place before. After a few hours go by we are all not feeling well after this food. Read moreVisited a few days ago and understand restaurants like this get busy for dinner especially on a Saturday night. Something needs to be done about the hostesses and organization because when you walk in, it’s just a big cluster of people waiting where nowhere to stand or sit. I made my waitlist reservation around 5:30pm went to check in when I got the text that I needed to check in around 5:45 and was told to wait. A good amount of time went by and I saw majority of parties being seated so I decided to ask the hostess nicely if there was any update for my name/party. she gave me a horrible attitude and said I’ve been only waiting 26 out of the 35 minute wait time I was quoted and still need to wait. There was no need for the sarcastic tone and specific time comment of 26 minutes. I have no problem waiting but with the attitude I was given for no reason it was so uncalled for. She was giving me dirty looks until I got the second text saying my table was ready not even 5 minutes later. I showed her the text and she sarcastically asked “what was the name again” when she clearly knew. Proceeded to sit me and my party at the lowest and most uncomfortable table in the restaurant where it was in the middle of many booths and very loud and hot. I saw about 3-4 empty booths walking to the table so I know she did it out of spite and to be petty. Manager was informed and did a great job accommodating us to a new table and great service. Just wanted to leave the review because there needs to be something done about your hostesses at this location.
