Absolutely disappointed & won’t ever be eating here again completely disgusted. First let me start off with the initial phone I made to place an order for delivery, I was met with the rudest person on the phone couldn’t even get a word out without him getting annoyed and telling me to speak louder when my house is completely quiet and I was on speaker never the less I’m ordering and he proceeds to get upset at me because I didn’t order enough so I try to look at the menu to hit said limit for delivery and I’m asking for suggestions which he was no help so I decided and he hung up on me immediately

It gets to my house and the man quietly knocks on my door now I have no problem with this the problem is when he’s literally starting into my house from the glass in my door trying to literally peep into my home as if I can’t see him to get a peek at my house how absolutely rude of the delivery man and unprofessional to say the least I have a clearly visible door bell so I believe the tiny knock was intentional to give the man more time to BE NOSEY disgusting behavior.

Brings me to 3 the only thing that I got that was edible was the egg rolls I literally got fried rice and it was whiter than the box it came in and the food looked literally boiled not even pan made or cooked as if they put in a pot boiled it and drained it and served me absolutely disgusting this place disappointed me for the last time i do not recommend eating here whatsoever you will be sick to your stomach I’m tired of being met with rude service and nasty food and told to pay for overpriced Chinese food when they are no where near as good as the other locals around them

I ordered dinner on the first day of Chinese New Year, and my order was supposed to come with three servings of rice, but I only received one. What made it even more disappointing was that I specifically confirmed this with the front desk when I picked up the order. He assured me that there were three servings of rice and told me not to worry. However, when I opened the package, there was still only one serving.

Can you imagine how awkward it was when I sat down to eat with my friends and only had one serving of rice, especially on the first day of Lunar New Year?

To make matters worse, this isn’t the first time this has happened. The last time I ordered, there was no rice at all, and I had to spend extra time cooking rice myself. By the time the rice was ready, the food had already gone cold. This kind of experience leaves me feeling quite frustrated, and it seems like the service is lacking.

To be honest, I have to admit that the food here is really good. If you're looking for Chinese cuisine, this place is definitely worth trying. The portions and dishes are excellent. The worst experience ever. We went there today to celebrate our friend’s bday. We were there at sharp 7:30. We were told that the kitchen closes at 8:45 and the restaurant closes at 9 pm (Picture attached)The waitresses and somebody seemed like a manager kept pushing us to order everything all at once. They literally forced us to order all at once. We ordered five appetizers and almost five dishes in the main course. Everything was on our table in 10 mins. How???? How can you prepare almost 10 dishes in 10 mins. The waiter literally threw the dishes on the table. Kept giving us dirty looks. The waitress did not come to us even once. They just wanted us to shove food down our throats. We still did not utter a word. The worst part was when they kept switching off lights at 8:30. They switched off all the lights, believe me they switched off all the lights while we were still finishing up the food. SUCH A SHAME. They should not even be in the restaurant business any more.
