Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I walked into the restaurant at 7 pm today 11/6 the first thing I seen when walking in the restaurant. The Slicer was dirty. It was three customers in the restaurant. there was one gentleman making sandwiches. He made a little noise to get another gentleman from the back to come help. The gentleman asked me what I like. I told him I would like a mini and a salad. OK maybe I was supposed to call it a bowl but he had no idea what a salad was the other gentleman started to make the salad and then the gentleman stated oh it’s a A bowl I can make that at that point I decided to lean over and take a look at the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. the board was a little dirty however the gentleman did clean it, but they had no onions I said do you have any onions his reply we ran out this morning Well, I said I don’t want the sandwich although I love Jersey Mike’s. It’s a tad bit pricey and to not get everything that comes on the sandwich is a little disappointment. I will never come back to this restaurant again I just don’t understand. How can you tell someone you don’t have any onions when it comes on...

This is my second review on Jersey Mike's, I must say I wrote a review first time stating order was mixed up and by the time I got home there was a mixup, to my surprise the owner Marvin contacted me and addressed my concerns. I must say I am so surprised that my review generated a response from the owner. I must say after visiting the store a few days ago the hero's we ordered were perfect very fresh food store was immaculate and staff was very attentive.marvin assured me that he takes reviews very seriously and I must say kudos to you for caring so much and listening and addressing my complaints.Definitly give this store a try you won't be dissapointed.
