Energy Fuel — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Had a pretty disappointing experience here. While I was eating, one of the employees and what looked like a friend of theirs (maybe a regular or coworker) were having a loud conversation in Spanish. I’m not fluent, but I know enough Spanish to understand they were talking badly about me — and I was the only customer there, so it wasn’t hard to figure out who they meant.

I tried to ignore it, but they were so loud that it made the whole experience annoying and hard to enjoy. Then one of them looked right at me and asked if I spoke Spanish. I said, “not really,” and they sarcastically replied, “That’s good,” and kept laughing and talking like nothing was wrong.

Honestly, the food wasn’t even good enough to make up for that kind of treatment. If you’re okay with being mocked by staff while you eat, maybe this place is for you — but I’m not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects even...

Let's start by saying that this is a great place if your looking for a healthy meal or shake option. They have an array of dishes to choose from and to be honest it can get a bit overwhelming. There are many varieties of juices as well that you can choose from such as a green veggie based to a peanut butter flavor. The dining area is nicely presented and there is plenty of space for sitting. They also do wheat grass shots if your into that and comes with an orange slices to chase it with. The only one thing I would say that can get improvement are the staff behind the counter. Everytime I go which is usually a Saturday Evening, there is this one girl who literally has no expression on her face and looks mad that she has to be there. I even tried asking her "what do you recommend" and the response I got was "I don't know" then silence.. But overall, definitely a place to go see and try...

I asked for my food to be bagged and stapled so that I could be sure nothing was tampered with during delivery. I received my food it wasn’t bagged. When I called to check if they had remembered to bag the items individually I was rudely answered and then ignored and then the phone was passed to someone else. when I asked who I spoke to they refused to tell me and so I asked if they were able to bag the items (I was trying to figure out if my food was tampered with or if energy fuel genuinely forgot). I was cut off in conversation, spoken over and then eventually told “I don’t have time for you” and hung up on. I left clear instructions and for good reason and the customer service was horrible. The food is not worth the poor service and lack of concern or care for their customers. I spent over $34 on my food and would happily have done so but the customer service...
