OMG I had the worst experience at South Shore Bagels been a regular there I have been a regular for decades through many owners…. I placed my order my son placed his Two different people handle it ….. get home entire order is wrong. Mine had wrong cream cheese and my sons had ketchup (we do not eat ketchup NONE OF US on our eggs) I go in say the whole order is wrong girl who did the cream cheese bagel said no it isn’t I did your bagel told her to open it and look at it instead she goes to cream cheese and carries it to me and said this is what I used I open my bagel and say that is not a chocolate chip The other girl comes out they have a conversation and I hear words like “Apparently” and “oh ya know the customers always right” she then turns to me asks about the egg sandwiches (second time they put ketchup on my egg sandwich in about a month) I explain about the ketchup and it was only to be salt and pepper she says well he must have said ketchup because ketchup was written I said ya wrote it wrong he doesn’t eat ketchup she keeps coming back at me about now I am pissed and now she is telling me I don’t have to give her an attitude Oh and the sandwiches were wrong again they put...

This used to be my favourite place. They were always pleasant and one worker was always on point and sweet. Recently there have been changes whether ownership or just new hires I don’t know. Since then I’ve gone 4 times and the order is always wrong and when I bring it up to get it fixed they always have an attitude, which since it was sometimes busy I chose to ignore. They charged my mother $18.08 for 1 unprepared bagel, 1 bagel with cream cheese, a small container of potatos and a pint of OJ.
