Miller's Ale House — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

DISGUSTING can't believe this is what it has come down to. What is wrong with millers and downsizing the size of their zingers. Who are they saving them for. This is what I got from a millers mountain melt. The zingers are literally smaller than the fries had to stop and take a pic in disbelief. Not only do they give you a 2 ounce cup of ranch for the fries like what the hell. At least when you sit down to eat you get a 4 ounce cup and can always get a 2nd one. Is this really 15.99 plus tax. I'm not one to complain unless things get horrendously terrible, and they have. I remember zingers being bigger and as long as my hand. And I don't want to hear it cause I've heard all the lame excuses in the past from management directly. 1st it was we have different sizes small ones for the mountain melt and large ones for zingers alone plate. I always got zingers alone with sauce on side and was told sorry we gave you wrong zingers with your order of zingers alone. 2nd time I had a problem was told that there is only one size zinger they use for anything zingers related. And was told that this is their only zingers size now. If I had not ordered a salad with my mountain today, I would be starving by now. We have sat down and ordered millers to go a plenty. My wife loves the zingers, their chicken flavor is unique she says. But even she agrees that it's nonsense the size zingers they give out and how they have shrunken. Like it feels like they are trying to jip you, but for who??? I hear this everytime I order. "They jiped you on the zingers" like what are they doing with them what are they doing to them? Like who, what, where, when, why is going on here?.. I'm afraid one day im going be sitting next to my wife and she is going to choke on a zinger because they have become popcorn chicken sized. What they hey man, this is so incredibly upsetting Millers Ale House. I miss the good old days where portions were never a problem. I'm tired of the im sorry or excuses I know I can't be the only one who has a problem with what they have done to...

Everytime we come to millers we usually get the same dishes and never have a problem with the food or the service but this particular visit was different. The place was practically empty when we got there. So we thought great shouldnt take that long to get our feast on. We were seated and we ordered as usual. Because we always get the same thing, when the server came to take our order without hesitation we put in our drink and food orders. Now here is where we have the problem. It took a bit for our drinks to come but whatever we brush it off. Then our soups took a bit longer but ok whatever it's hot and fresh so I'm not complaining. Now our nachos and wings which we ordered at the same time as our drinks and soup still have yet to arrive although we have both finished our soups and drinks, keep in mind I'm a slow eater. We waited a bit longer and still no food, at this point people start getting seated around us and order and recieve their food while we still sit waiting for ours. We have now been sitting in this millers for a bit over an hour and still no food while those seated after us have finished their food and had the server come by and check on them several times. No one came to make sure we were good or needed anything in this time. Now at this point we are both frustrated and ready to go. I go over to an employee and ask what's going on and im told that they'll track down my server. After I have inquired about what is taking so long the server decides to show up and tell us the food will be right out. Neither myself or my partner were interested in sitting any longer so we asked for the check. I honestly have never had an issue dining at this millers so I was definitely disappointed in the service we received on this particular evening. Get it together Millers this...

I have been to this location before but only for drinks. Last night our party of 4 came for dinner. It looked busy but we still managed a front row spot. We got in and they never gave us a time frame just a piece of paper with the number seven. We stood around then i looked an seen an electrical board with the numbers 20 21 ... blinking. I looked down and we had 7. I thought maybe this a mistake and it should be 27? Walked over to host and she said the wait is 1hr and 7 is correct... My grouop proceed to the waiting area to sit and noticed after 40 minutes this board sais 5,6... Meanwhile there had been a steady stream of guests leaving during this 40 minute wait..large parties of people leaving. eventually she came out calling #10 and we stood up, fed up and they claimed to have called the number. They did not. After seating we had a very NICE waitress. prompt with our drinks and food. I got the Fish Tacos, not a fan. The Southwestern Egg rolls were delish however they put LIME in the ranch. like a pound of LIME. strange... Our friend got the free birthday dessert and honestly it made forget that over 1hr wait. Plus the waitress writing HAPPY BIRTHDAY in caramel syrup was creative and over the top. If your looking for quick bite, go elsewhere. The food was non too memorable. The dessert was delish buried treasure or something it was called....
