The Fish Place (Fresh Fish Market) — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I have found this place through Google because the area around me doesn't cut the fish the way I want. But the last 4 times I've gone to buy fish, I felt very disrespected by the staff that was helping me. They made me feel like I was weird for the request I asked ( because I did ask for the bones, and head after they fillet the fish so we can make a stock at ) and also that found me to be a joke. I go here because the fish is very fresh, and the price is great... But the staffing is very rude. There is a female that works there that made me feel very uncomfortable with the service I requested. The behavior needs to be corrected, I understand that some people have bad days... But not the whole...

Was there yesterday roughly 11 am on Saturday July 12. Bought 2 Monk Fish Filets (poor man's lobster) brought them home- the wife was making Lemon/Ginger/Scallion Fish.. COULD NOT even begin to cook them.. Saw a few (round worms) washed them off, but when she dropped them in the Lemon/Ginger Water - many and I mean MANY worms/parasites (STILL ALIVE) wiggled their way to the top... DISGUSTING INDEED... wasn't going to bring them back as I wanted them out of my house and life.. BYE BYE $12.00 and I guess it's FROZEN only from...

I always thought this place was a seafood department inside of fruit tree. But no it's a separate store all together inside of fruit tree, but it is a good seafood market with a large inventory of fish and shellfish. They have live lobster and blue claw crab and a nice frozen seafood area. The people working there very helpful, they will clean and prepare your fish anyway...
