Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Town of Batavia

My wife and I ordered food from the Jersey Mikes in Batavia at roughly 720pm. I drove to Batavia from Oakfield and went to Tops grocery store, and bought some stuff for home before going to Jersey Mikes to get my food that was supposed to be ready at 7:51. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:01pm, and was told that they were just starting on my Gluten Free Sub and it would be right out.

I watched as they made like 6 other subs before my wife's GF sub, and then they made a second GF sub first for a customer who had come in to order in person.

When I expressed my displeasure at how long it had taken to get my food, a nice young man offered to get a manager for me. I thanked him, and suddenly a female employee who had made the food popped over to inform me that they had to defrost the GF bread first and that's why it took so long.Then she went back to making someone else's food. as I replied, yea but it's like 45 mins, and you you just started to make it like 5 mins ago.

The young man who had initially offered a supervisor apologized again and handed me a get a free sub card or a half off a sub card or something. After thinking about it, I returned the card as I just won't come back to this Jersey Mike's again.

My biggest complaints are being dismissed by the staff as if my complaints didn't matter. The young man at least tried to do something. The female I am not sure if she is a manager or just another employee as she never identified herself, and then the feeling of being placated with the implication that all I wanted was something free...

Get better management and prioritize mobile orders that are supposed to be handled the same as a customer coming inside. My mobile order was treated as if I had just come in the door and had to wait for the line that was there already. It totally defeats the point of...

Our first visit to Jersey Mike's anywhere. The line for ordering a sub was about 5 people ahead of us. It didn't take long to be next in line. We ordered two regular sandwiches. The First Sandwich Artist, cut the bread, meat, and cheese for our subs fresh from the cooler on order. Wondering, the fresh cut to order would ensure freshness of ingredients, but; how often is the meat slicer cleaned throughout the day? Second sandwich artist, lettuce, tomato, pickles, bacon, etc. She was a peach of a friendly girl. Chatty, funny, nice. She then wrapped the sandwiches to go. How amazing that she took such care to wrap the ends nicely. Then, she bagged the sandwiches. Wow! There was space in the bag as the sandwich wasn't as big around as the bag. She actually took a fold on the side of the bag, jiggled the sandwich to one side of the bag, folded the bag to snug the sandwich inside, and twisted the open end to keep it all snug and sealed. It was impressive watch how she cared. Hard to find worker's like that now-a-days! We got home and enjoyed our Club Sub, and Club Supreme. Let me not forget, the pickle with a face on it! So cute when the artist showed it to us before putting it on our sandwich. Oh, also, the Jersey Mike chocolate chip cookies were...

Me and my family would drive 30 minutes to come to this Jersey Mike's specifically because the subs were always great but after our last visit we were not impressed u can tell there is new employees here now we are always in and out with no problems not the case with our last visit the store was packed with customers because it was around dinner time the gentleman ahead of me in line ordered his sub a giant sub my sub was not started because the 2 girls behind the counter were having a conversation about the gentleman a head of me being picky about his sub after my sub was started the girl putting the toppings on the sub was extremely rude after getting our food and paying for our subs I realized we didn't get our point for the order I have been collecting them to get a free giant sub and being 42 points away my fiance say don't worry about it we will not be back the vibes are totally different here ...and just because people want some toppings on the side isn't being picky for the price of a giant sub 🙄 and this was the only time my fiance got sick after eating his food very...
