I had the best time of my life when I went to Ashley today. My salesperson, Elizabeth, was amazing. The other folks that helped my transaction along were amazing aswell. The work environment there seems to be incredible. The employees have an amazing dynamic. That said, I am 100% pleased with my experience with this store. We had to get a new couch and Ashley got us a really nice sofa for a great price. I also picked up two purple pillows and they got me a good deal on them aswell. I WILL be back to this store for my bed when the time comes. Hopefully the folks that helped me today will still be there because I really enjoyed working with them. Delivery took four days, I'm happy with that! The delivery team was excellent! My wife described them as almost robitic in how efficiently they were able to move the sofa into the livingroom from down a flight of stairs. Excellent! 10 stars if I could! I'll be back for sure. You guys got me wanting a purple matress now. Edit 2: add photo. This is the Alphons with a cheap Amazon cover.

Amanda (via phone) and Renee (in person) quickly and accurately answered my questions regarding dining room sets and then helped me narrow down my in-store choices while also showing some living room sets. I purchased a really beautiful dining room set which should match my cherry kitchen cabinets quite nicely! Highly recommended.

EDIT: I also just worked with Renee on very short notice to help me purchase a living room set in order to hit a delivery deadline in time for an out-of-town family visit. Fantastic service and the product is just...

When we first walked in we were greeted pleasantly by Justin. We explained what we were looking for, and he directed us towards what we wanted.
