Drove there to order something and it seems that they rather take a order over the phone instead of helping customer who actually drive to the business also the kid taken the orders it seems he doesn't like his job u gotta have someone enthusiastic and smile I use to leave a tip when I eat there but know I don't worst service I got good is good when the Spanish guy in the back make it right even tho the order taker made a mistake the Spanish guy notice that and came to me and said if I wanted one chicken and one mushrooms instead of what the guy wrote down he basically doesn't pay attention to what's going on or what he want he order what ever doesn't even check back with customer to verify order u need to fix that other wise u will lose...

The recommended and talked about "Boss" Pie which includes Penne alla Vodka chicken cutlet on top of a fresh pizza was made with no effort. The cheese on the pizza was far from quality. The penne vodka had zero flavor. It tasted like it was re-heated several times. No richness to the sauce. Barely any vodka sauce on the pie. Make sure you have plenty to drink b/c the pizza is drier than pretzels. The chicken cutlet was sparse in comaprison to the pounds of underhwelming pasta. The little chicken cutlet we had was burnt and dry. It looked like they were going to feed it to the dog but instead threw it on the pizza. The dough was undercooked and the pizza slices themselves were so overfilled..the slice...

My family has eaten here before food and service was OK. Decided last Saturday to give it one more shot because it is so close to our house. Walked into a half empty restaurant with A LOT of empty tables. Asked for a table for 5. Hostess (middle age women) glanced over at two large round tables and said they were reserved and that they could not seat us this eveningat anything other than a table for 4...this was despite many tables for 4 and 2 available that could have easily been put together so we could have eaten comfortable. We left and went to the Muscoot Tavern were we seated right away despite a crowd and had a very nice meal! Will NEVER return to Setti...
