I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO ME AT RAINBOW PANDA!!!!! I WORK AT A LOCAL GYM IN MT KISCO & HAD 10 MINUTES OF FREE TIME TO GET DINNER. I PLACED A PHONE ORDER & RUSHED RIGHT OVER TO PICKUP. WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS GREETED BY THE OWNER(FEMALE) WHO PROVIDED A PRICE OF $8.93. I GAVE HER MY DEBIT CARD. SHE POINTS AT A SIGN THAT SAID $10 MINIMUM FOR CREDIT CARD ORDERS & PROCEEDED TO ASK ME IF I WANTED TO BUY A SODA WHICH I DID NOT WANT(AND THEY DIDNT HAVE BOTTLED WATER). WHEN I SAID I DID NOT WANT A SODA, SHE PICKED UP THE BAG WITH MY FOOD, DID A COMPLETE 180 DEGREE TURN AND WALKED AWAY FROM ME AND BACK INTO THE KITCHEN COMPLETELY IGNORING ME AND REFUSED MY BUSINESS. SHE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING. BASICALLY TREATED ME AS IF I WERE TRASH. I BELIEVE THERE IS A 2% CREDIT CARD CHARGE. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE $10 MINIMUM & MY TOTAL EQUATED TO A DIFFERENCE OF 3 CENTS SERVICE CHARGE. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! SHE DID THIS OVER 3 CENTS... I PEEKED OVER THE COUNTER TO ASK IF SHE WAS GOING TO SELL ME THE FOOD AND SHE PROCEEDED TO TURN AWAY AND IGNORED ME. I CANNOT BELIEVE SHE TREATED ME LIKE THAT. IS THIS PLACE SO BUSY THAT THEY CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!?!?!? SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I WENT RIGHT OVER TO GREAT WALL IN DOWNTOWN MT KISCO AND THEY ASSISTED ME WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO RAINBOW PANDA OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE DUE TO THE LOW LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE HARD WORKING PEOPLE THAT WALK...
