Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Town of Big Flats

Just tried to get ice cream here. Two younger guys in hoodies with their hoods up we’re working. There were 2 employees working when I went in. There was one other customer in the store. Neither employee acknowledged me or the 6 people who walked in after me. I waited for about 5 minutes for them to make 2 shakes. One then started helping the customers behind me. I finally left without ordering. At least acknowledge a customer and not let them sit there for 5 minutes and then help others behind them. Says they close at 10pm but always close extremely early. Way earlier than they are suppose to. I went in tonight got a smoothie and it was disgusting and wasn't flavorful at all and then went back in to get something else because it was gross and was refused service because they closed in 2 minutes mind you it was 7:50. The young young woman girl working was so rude and disrespectful, I will never be going there again. Also will not be recommending this place...

Stopped in 9 minutes before closing time on a wednesday night. The young woman behind counter was as sweet as could be. She didn't make us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing her at all.
