Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Brighton

This location is normally hit or miss for my husband and I but yesterday, 9/22/2020 made it the final straw. We won't be coming back to this location. We've been going to this location since we moved here from Texas, and normally its hit or miss. Yesterday not only did they get our order wrong and refuse to fix it but I got sick from the cream cheese. It didn't taste how the cream cheese is supposed to. It was sweet and sour. My husband called and one of the managers was really sweet and said she'd refund him and this was her name.,. Turns out it was the wrong store. He goes back yesterday night and the two guys said there was no managers so they couldn't do it. He goes back this morning, 9/23/20. they refund him, only 10$ in cash, when the entire order was wrong, and there was a double charge on my debit card. Called customer service, waiting to hear back from the franchise owner. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I informed the worker of my dietary restriction (no pork) and politely asked if they could accommodate my order. Instead of assisting me, she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and outright refused to serve me. Her attitude was unprofessional, and she made me feel as if my request was an inconvenience rather than a simple accommodation. I’ve never had this issue at any other Dunkin’ before. Pull into the drive-through and shut my truck off and waited 3 to 5 minutes for someone to greet me then I started talking into the microphone trying to get somebody’s attention but just got ignored. I drove through the drive-through window honk my horn multiple times bang down the drive-through window to get some attention so I could order still nobody went inside the store.
