Let me start by saying this concept is amazing! I may have found my new go-to coffee spot! I'm not afraid to admit I've now been here three days in a row and have already found a drink I'll be ordering on repeat - the shaken iced latte. Beverages have a high quality taste, and now I've clearly developed a craving....☺️
Staff has been present during the grand opening to facilitate and greet customers. They have been VERY friendly, approachable, helpful! The overall process is very speedy and smooth... especially if you ordered in advance via their app. My experience with wait time has been from 5 seconds to a minute...that's even with vehicles in front of me. Nothing to complain about there. The coffee cups and lids are STURDY...it's the little things I appreciate because most lids don't always feel secure...
I am curious if a straw option will be incorporated into the app. I do prefer to drink my iced coffee with a straw, but this is not exactly a deal breaker by any means.

The drive thru has two lanes, one for people to pull over to order on their phone and one for people who already ordered.
You need to download their app, no browser orders, and then it uses your phones GPS to detect your close to start making your order.
This ordering system makes sense since there's no workers, but maybe having a touch screen with credit card reader would open it up for older or less tech savvy customers.
Once you arrive you scan the QR code at the window and it opens one of three bays with your drink. The machine prints your name and drink title on the cup, which is slick!
Overall the Chai Tea Latte was my favorite and the Churronimo was great too.

Read moreWaited around 20 minutes in line. I was unable to place an order through the app because the order button was locked out. I had to wave someone over to let them know I couldn't order. Many cars behind me were driving away with their drinks and I ultimately had to drive away with nothing because their machine got stalled and I had to get to work.
My husband was there in another vehicle and waited until the machine was working again. They gave him a drink for me, but it wasn't even what I ordered.
