Horrible employees. They say they don't deliver north of North Ave. This a complete lie. We have nothing bad to say about the food from JJ in general but this store seems to be a problem child. I would love to talk to the owner and let him know what they are doing. They are missing out on alot of business because of the immature staff. All in all I will drive out of my way to go to cousins subs.

Unfortunately, the address listed below is out of the delivery area. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this location has been delivering outside of their area. They should not have delivered out of their area in the past and they are now staying within their area.
Jimmy John’s was built around fast delivery. If the store near you won’t deliver to you, you are out of our designated delivery area. This is not a personal thing, it’s a strategic decision. Read moreI called this Jimmy John's and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally hung up and realized somebody must have forgot about me. I called back and no one answer the phone. The phone just kept ringing and ringing. So I waited 15 minutes called back and was put on hold for about 3 minutes. The gentleman took my order and I was ordering two of this two of that and so on. Basically it was for two people. This was at 11 a.m. in the morning so an hour before lunch and he tells me it's going to be an hour before they even get out there. 1 mile away....To which I said fine because that was right around lunch time anyway. 1 Hour and 15 minutes later he's finally shows up. I paid the guy over a 40% tip just because it's Christmas time and I thought it would be nice. I open up my bag and here they shorted me one sandwich. So I ran him down and said they shorted me one sandwich he assured me that they would get another sandwich out here. Unfortunately I'm still waiting! Also I tried to call 4 different times during the course of the day and all I got was a busy signal. Far as customer service not even close to being good or even okay. Read morePlaced an online order for delivery and after an hour the order hadn't arrived. I called and was immediately placed on hold without any warning. After 10 minutes waiting on hold, I hung up and called back. The person on the phone told me my order was on its way, but I hadn't even given him my name yet. When I pointed this out and did give him my name he said they didn't get to our order yet and they should be able to make it in about 40 minutes and then they would send it out for delivery. I told him to cancel my order and my credit card still got charged. I'm not sure how you could have made the service any worse, congratulations.
UPDATE: Followed through with reaching out to customer service as requested, eventually received a response from the owner of the franchise basically stating TLDR "labor shortage". Beyond being a non apology, this is not a valid excuse. If you don't have the staff to deliver then don't accept...
