If I could give 0 stars I would for tonight. I believe that I am fair in my reviews for any place I go. I try to not be overly critical, but tonight was by far the worst experience I have had at any restaurant in my decades of going to restaurants. First, this is not because they didn't have strawberry shakes. This isn't because.of the 20 minutes my family spent in drive-thru waiting to get "fast food". This because of after waiting to get our food they (as many times before) forgot to put food that was clearly on the order into the bag. This is also because of standing in the rain for 5 minutes trying to get woman working the counters attention. I finally walked around by the drive-thru window trying to get her attention for another 5 minutes. During this time I struck up a conversation with a nice couple who let me sneak in under the overhang to get out of the cold rain. The were just as disappointed in the long wait for service as we were. I started out polite letting the woman know I was missing some food. My polite demeanor slowly turned to frustration while I stood in the rain for another 7 to 10 minutes waiting for my kids cheeseburger...a cheeseburger....that was all we needed.... as I sat there getting soaked in 45 degree rain, it was all I could do to try to keep warm and keep calm. Finally after waiting for 10 minutes for this coveted cheeseburger it arrived and I was able to get back to our warm dry car and enjoy my hard bun on my fish filet and my stale frys that were now colder then my chocolate shake which was now warmer then my fish sandwich.... Dear Mc Donald's GM please retrain your staff so then when someone's order is messed up they expedite the order and not 3 cars in drive-thru while someone is getting hypothermia waiting in the rain for something as simple as a cheeseburger. I'm not looking for free food or anything of the such...but maybe the 4 cars that left drive-thru without their order being taken because of the...
Read moreI've been at this place a a decent amount. I didn't have much of a choice as it's on my way for work most of the time. My experience here hasn't been great overall but I didn't complain ever cause it wasnt bad enough for me to write of review till now. I ordered my food and that was fine. But afterwords I went to get some ketchup, none in the lobby, which is whatever, I understand they need to fill it up sometimes or maybe someone forgot. Not a big deal. So I went up to ask for ketchup, I asked the lady up front "is there any ketchup I can get?" She replies with yes and just stares at me. So I ask her "well can I get some then? Lol" and she goes "it's right there" and points to the kitchen area. I'm like "so you want me to go behind the counter and get ketchup" which I'm pretty sure is against policy to have a customer go behind the counter. She then proceeds to say "I don't know I don't work here tf" at that point in my head I was like what the hell do you mean you don't work here you're taking people's orders lol. She then goes and grabs some dispenser thing and gives me ketchup. I go sit down with my tracker number thing. I sit down expecting to have my food brought to me because that's how they do it here with their tracker thing. They call my number, not even my tracker number and leave it at the front. And walk away. At that point I'm like why did you even give me this tracker if you're gonna make me go get my food I would have just waited up there. Overall pretty bad experience in customer service. Hats off to the guys in the kitchen though, they make the fries really good and my food is really good here. Only reason I would come back is...
Read moreWhen we walked in we were left to wait, then greeted with an attitude and general feeling of "how dare we make her do her job, rather than talking in back like she had been." Despite that we ordered. After we paid we noticed an error with how our order was rung up. We ordered a 20 piece, 2 10 pieces were rung up. It was pointed out to the employee who took our order and her response was "so you only wanted one 10 piece?" Of course we said no, that we had wanted a 20 piece mcnugget but had ordered it at 20 so it would be rung up at $5.19 rather than over $8. Employee's response was "but it's still 20 nuggets" and she said that the 3 times we said "yes but its $3 more as 2 10 pieces". After the 3rd time of relaying the price difference she came back with "well what do you want me to do about it?!?" Umn, 1 - ring up what the customer orders and 2 - if you mess up apologize and fix it without an argument or issue. Oh and lets not forget that I overheard her walk into the back and complain to the cook about us, as if we were in the wrong in any way. Manager also seemed clueless as why this was an issue, and did not return our tax difference of 15 cents either, despite what the receipt showed our refund should be. I'd recommend getting your sawdust nuggets...
