Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Brookfield

My second time going to this location. Both visits I ordered a frappuccino and both times they weren’t good. The first one was a toasted white mocha-which I ordered this from another location (a handful of times) and it was absolutely divine! Here, not so much. They actually made it pure white and didn’t have any coffee taste whatsoever. It was nothing like what I had previously ordered. The sprinkles don’t really matter to me but I also wanted to point out that they didn’t put the little red sprinkles I was used to either. The second frappuccino was a cinnamon shortbread (the didn’t have the toasted white mocha anymore). The cinnamon shortbread had no cinnamon and really not much flavor at all, was just sweet. This one was actually way worse than the other. It was just awful. I ended up just tossing it. Honestly, I was very sad over these visits because these frappuccinos are a big cheat for me. WORSE STARBUCKS EVER!!! There are no negative stars or I will give them a few.

I've visited this location since they open and each week they get the order incorrect but you know mistakes happen; but you start to get aggravated when it happens for than 5 times.

Now the store is not even open when it supposed to be open - WHO THE HELL IS OVERSEEING THIS LOCATION. A few times in the last 2-3 weeks there are employees outside waiting for someone to open the door so they can work, How is this allowed?

Tonight it was about 9:40pm (store closes at 10PM) all I wanted was some tea and since the lights were on I stopped and you guessed it NOTHING, so I drove to the window there were two employees that literally turned away when I parked by the window, one was counting money and the other was pretending cleaning after me trying to say HELLO finally the one that was very busy counting money turns and puts his finger on his wrist and mimics "we are close" Why will you put a closing time of 10pm when you are closing earlier same goes for opening hours.

I don't usually write reviews for chains, but the interaction I had today was so weird. I went to go up to the counter to order a water and the manager (or so I assume. She had no nametag on but all I can ID her with is the fact that she had brown hair and was quite tall) managed to sit there at the register and yell at a new-looking barista right in front of me about, “not doing her job right,” even though the young woman was literally in the middle of doing something! Absolutely unprofessional. Maybe instead of interrupting the barista in the middle of doing something important, why don’t YOU take my order, since you’re not doing much? The rest of the baristas looked super uncomfortable and upset afterwards. Great service by the rest of the staff, but this manager is quite unprofessional and overall doesn’t actually know how to “manage” people at all.
