Horrible experience at this deli. My Santa Fe salad came without the BBQ chicken, without the beans and swimming in dressing instead of on the side. Soup was unavailable when I got there so I chose a replacement. It was cold like it came from the fridge! Egg sandwich came on a roll instead of bagel. Missing the ham as well! Hey, accidents happened right? I called the restaurant. Was told "yeah well we didn't have any bagels" and "I don't know what you want me to do" and things like that. Then, the man hung up on me. I called back and got someone else. I explained to him what just happened. He said they were out of several items and was yelling across to someone else in the background. I told him I'd like to bring the order back for a refund. He said "my boss isn't here so we can't" and offered to remake my order. Not sure how he could with all the missing items. I told him Once again i would like a refund and he hung up on me too!!!!!I will never order from them again. Besides the bad food the service was miserable! $30 lunch order...

We would order from here all the time and slowly had to stop. We gave them another shot and regretted it. For the price of $12+ for a simple turkey and cheese sandwich on a roll, there was hardly any turkey. We also asked for mac salad and received coleslaw. It's not the end of the world, however, another item in our order (a salad) was replaced with a completely different salad than what was ordered. Not only was it swimming in dressing, but it did not look fresh at all. The original item ordered couldn't have been "out of stock" - the ingredients in the salad were also in the sandwich we ordered so it just makes no sense. If you don't have an item on the menu its completely fine, but maybe check with the customer to see if they even like the replacement you are...

Yeah, never going back again!! I thought the old owner was bad. Took forever to take my order( apparently you can only bring one piece of paper with an order on it at a time!) Then after 15 minutes, I ask if the man was laying the eggs, the OWNER says, no, the cooktop has to heat up, we were closing. Why wouldn’t you say that before I ordered? AND…. Nice sign at the counter, no mask, no service. Just a joke!!!!! One kid came in without mask and asked for a job. Told him to come back tomorrow. No, where’s your mask. NOTHING!
