Placed online order for pick up Only got 6 the left out tenders So when I got home I had to run right back to them to have the make them. When I asked to speak to a Manager about my experience and asked if there was any way they could credit me for a future order since I had two meals the I ordered out of three and only one person was able to eat their food and mine was getting cold at home while I had to get my other childâs dinner they forgot! I mean I work in retail and customer service is something we take pride in when issues arise . Nick the manager this evening said no he couldnât credit me for the other food that was at home he couldnât credit only refund me my money for the food they forgot or make it thatâs all. There was no apology given to me for the inconvenience of my gas or the fact my food was sitting getting cold because of their mistake. The lack of making a customer happy with an experience they messed up is a lack of customer service in an industry where ur customers r supposed to be happy...
   Read moreI got home started feeding my kids I noticed that there was a bunch of feathers still attached to one of the wings, so I proceeded to call the store because this is an issue and godforbid someone had choked on it. The call was automatically escalated to the Shirley, NY manager Amber, and when I inform her of my issues she said âwe donât have to look through the wings and check for feathers, and we do not have to remove themâ. With that being said your going to tell me that the food went from the freezer to the cooker then from the cooker to the sauces and not a single person noticed and could have A either removed them or B replaced it out with another wing. As soon as I said so youâre telling me that feathers are now edible; instead of her trying to remedy the situation she took the lazy route and hung up.
DO NOT EAT HERE! because if theyâre too lazy to remove feathers off of chicken that they are feeding ppl that means that theyâre probably not cleaning the kitchen...
   Read moreFirst time visiting was about a month and a half after they first opened. I was blatantly ignored between 5-10 minutes, and management STARTED an argument with another customer in front of me. Really classy.
Also, youâd think they would hire competent enough people to handle food. I have a serious tomato allergy, and twice I got my wrap with tomatoes. How inconsiderate that the second time, they actually put a sticker that says âNo Tomatoâ on the boxâŚ.and you clearly can see tomato in the wrap. Itâs comical, but pretty sad for the workers. If you donât want to work there, then quit. Itâs clear yâall donât want to be there.
My recommendation for the company: hire new people! At least ones who can follow instruction and have basic respect.
My recommendation for the public: Itâs worth traveling out to Riverhead or Centereach for their food. Otherwise Iâd rather get wings at another local...
