Former customer, I was very excited to see the new establishment after it has been nappers, recipe 7 and now Daisys. The atmosphere was outstanding. Very nice work and detailed are amazing. Dolly Parton, Chris kid, and also honoring our veterans and military family. My experience was so so. I switched to the lounge sitting area, ask the bus boy if I can have a menu and a waitress. Waitress comes over and says I'll get your a menu but let me check if the kitchen is open. So, meanwhile I'm a diabetic, sugar is dropping at this time. The waitress never came back over to me to let me know the kitchen was closed. She could have came back and let me know and I could have maybe asked like hey, I need something to eat even if it's a piece of bread, I'm having a medical emergency with my sugar dropping. But no, So I asked my friend to get me a cranberry juice ASAP. Mind you, I'm sweating and my sugar is dropping and I'm trying to accommodate to my own needs. So I get my cranberry juice and started drinking it while exiting the place. I wanted fresh air bc it was just getting too hot for me inside. I go to door which they have a foyer, the security (doorman) just came off very rude. I know I was drinking cranberry out of a glass but listen. You could have mentioned it in a different and more respectful way. Like hey would you like a plastic cup, making sure when it gets served puts cranberry juice in. So it addresses my health conditions and it safe all around. I was scared that I was going to have a seizure on your establishment. I've even disclose that I'm a diabetic. I understand the severity of certain circumstances. But this was/is legit. So next time I look forward into a new and different experience in the near present/future in Daisys of...
Read moreThe food here is incredible! I came in for brunch yesterday, it was my third time there.. I usually come for dinner but I had to try their biscuits and gravy! I was so impressed with how comforting the dish was. The sausage gravy reminded me of home and the biscuit was so flaky and buttery. I also got the chicken fried steak and it came with the sausage gravy and the creamiest cheesey grits I ever had! My girlfriend got the Honky Tonk Benedict and it was presented so beautifully.. the eggs were so delicate and soft.. it came with a delicious crab cake and a crispy grit cake and some andouille sausage.. the flavor combination was out of this world. We had a couple Nashville Bloody Mary’s that really complimented our meals. They were slightly spicy and really yummy! We came with a couple friends and everybody loved everything! They offered their normal menu as well so a couple of us actually got wings and nachos and burgers!! The experience alone was so much fun. They had a live band there, people were dancing.. the place is so beautiful inside.. our sever Breanna was the sweetest girl!! She actually recommended the chicken fried steak because I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy so much and I’m really glad I took her advice! I cannot wait to come back and I can’t wait to see what the chef comes...
