This dunkin' Donuts is pretty good. The coffee is decent and the donuts are usually fresh. However, the customer must go the extra mile by repeating themselves three or four times, and also checking to ensure that their order is correct once recieved. This is due to English being a second language for most of the workers here which is not a big deal for me. I actually respect people that can move to another country and successfully join the workforce. What truly inspired me to write this review is the fact that when I visited this dunkin' Donuts on 8/4/25 at around 10am there were 4 employees that I could see working behind the counter. Yet, their drive thru line was backed up all to hell. Because of this I went inside to save time (how I knew there were 4 of them.) To my great annoyance, I noticed the inside order point did not have a dedicated person. All 4 were dealing with the drive thru. Eventually someone took my order when they had a moment, but I had to wait even though I was the only customer inside at the counter. I then noticed that once my order was taken it was placed in order with the drive thru giving me no advantage for parking my car and walking inside. Read moreThere is a serious lack of training among staff. They constantly mess up orders. Today I ordered the new Dunkalatte. Pull up to the window, the woman confirmed it was a macchiato. When I told her I ordered a Dunkalatte, she replied it was and handed me the drink. The label said macchiato, I figured it was just the system not having a label for the new drink. Got home, it tastes like a macchiato. It's my fault for assuming, but even if English isn't your first language, how do you mix up 'Dunkalatte' with 'Macchiato'?! I don't blame the individual workers, (and I sympathize that having to work in English as a second language is hard and sucks) but the absolute abysmal management and training.
Drive thru is difficult to navigate-you have to make a super tight turn to get to the menu board. (to be clear, I'm not driving a giant truck or SUV, it's a standard sedan) I don't know how the town approved this, there really shouldn't be a drive thru at...

The issue was my second time ordering through the mobile app which I paid my order. I go get my food the cashier lady was like "i cant give you the food if you don't give your name when last time i went by the order number and they gave it to me!
I felt frustrated because the manager was no help so I told me to forget it and cancel the order which they didn't so I locked my bank account because I left without the food because they didn't want to give me the food because I didn't know the name of the order when I was giving them order # of my purchase which is another way to show that I paid and its my order! if that was the case why the store has order# lol
