Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Although this location has a beautiful outside atmosphere, they have terrible costumer service. Multiple times we have tried to give them a chance and multiple times they have disappointed. When placing orders, they laugh in your face if they believe your order has too much of something; sweetener, caramel, etc. They've even gone as far as to say "that's a lot" as they laugh at you. I do not believe that you should show your personal opinion and humiliate your customer's order in front of the whole shop. The drinks are also not made to standard. We've compared the same drink from different locations just to see if we were in the fault and the result is always the same; this location does not follow the ingredients correctly or at least not the proportions. It's quite unfortunate if i'm being honest. It looked like a beautiful location and very convenient during our daily commutes, but they disappoint every time. The staff either needs to have proper training or be completely rehired. The only thing they've gotten right in our visits is the basic food (donuts, muffins, etc.), when it comes to the main attraction though; they fall extremely short when making their drinks. I am not saying we dislike Dunkin' , just this singular location...

I think that this is an awesome Dunkin. The two people working Thursday September 19 at 10:00 AM, we’re very friendly and despite it just being the two of them, and with 8+ customers inside. I come to this Dunkin’ fairly often out of convenience, but at this point I’m consistently getting mediocre to down-right bad drinks. A lot of their lattes are jarringly bitter and other drinks like their matcha are simply not made correctly (clumpy, not blended appropriately).
